The scope and variety of job types and of skills pairing workers with appropriate work environments is a great draw, and the flexibility it allows for both parties in regards to the time/day of shifts to apply for is integral.

As an employer, i’m absolutely loving this app!! With my business, it’s hard to find good help. I’m sure other businesses can relate, you hire someone, they don’t work out and then you have to let them go.. This is like being able to scan through employees and do a trial run, if they do a good job, bring them back, if not.. on to the next!! I’m loving it 😀 Thank you CROUX!!!
