Verification Code Issues
So I tried to sign up for this app, I’m a hearing ASL student and I want to connect with more people in the Deaf community. But when I tried to create an account, I was asked to put in an email to receive a verification code and type it into the app to make sure it was me. I tried one of my emails and never received any verification codes, I tried another email and still didn’t receive a verification code. I would like to use the app but I can’t because of this issue, I wish they allowed verification codes to be received through phone number but that isn’t an option. I hope this is fixed soon because I would like to better my ASL and make friends in the Deaf community.Nick to Tricky

I can’t really judge the app because I haven’t actually used it yet, but I got on to create an account in the hopes of making friends with Deaf people in my area that I can practice ASL with. I’m hearing, though, and that isn’t an option in the selection of Deaf affiliations in the account setup (which is required). I know this app isn’t meant for me, so I totally get it, but if a hearing option does become available in the future, I’d be delighted to make an account and start connecting with people in the Deaf community.Amanda Hazelnut
