Forced to login every time. No way to easily change text size. Very clunky app. Going to return printer because of this unusable app.Dan Fishbach

Thank you for your feedback. There's an option to change the size aside from resizing the text box. Simply tap on the three dots for more options and select "Size". Please reach out to Rollo Customer Support so we can assist you in using the App.Does what it says
I was a bit nervous about this app seeing all the 1-star reviews, but it did exactly what I wanted. I was able to quickly design a label and print it wirelessly on my Rollo WiFi-connected printer.
Critically, your iPhone needs to be on the same WiFi network as the printer. But if it is, it’s pretty straightforward. Nice to have the option to use the Rollo for creating stickers that aren’t postage!
Only 4-stars since it is a bit annoying that a login is required to use the app and there is no option to login with Apple.Show lessTodd Anglin

Thank you for your feedback. For now, you should be able to log in on Rollo Designer App using your own Rollo account.Logging in required all the time
One major issue driving a 1 star review: I don’t use this often, but every single time I open it, I am logged out of my account and must login again before I can print a label.
I like the app in a lot of ways otherwise, but this issues is infuriating, extremely inconvenient and needs to be fixed. Honestly, I just want to print a label on my local printer, I should not even NEED to login to an account. I don’t need to login for my other household printers, so why I need it here is mind boggling. If it’s going to be forced, at least make sure it’s a low-friction process.
Beyond that, there is some UI clunkiness, but it is moderately useful. Please change the authentication situation and I’ll rate higher.Show lessJakeJC

Thank you for your feedback. Please reach out to Rollo Customer Support so we can isolate your concern. The Rollo Ship account is needed so you can set up your printer using the Rollo App but there are also ways that will allow you to set up your printer without this step. It's highly recommended though so you can also take advantage of Rollo Ship that gives you access to our negotiated rates with UPS and USPS.
