Awesome features, amazing concept, could use a little tweaking to be user-friendly/ run smoothly.
Definitely not the best in the way of execution, a bit awkward and glitchy to use, however I love this app! Just needs some polishing.
Compared to other teams’ apps, it feels a bit poorly done, (which is understandable given the budget), however IMO it’s superior in features, very fan oriented and helpful, which makes it 5 stars for me!
The homepage tab is awesome and my favourite part of the app. It’s laid out really nicely, with a countdown, current standings, ect, all there at the top, and just underneath the perfect place to go to get live updates during race weeks from the team itself. If I’m at work or Uni and can’t watch the practice/qualifying, this feature is awesome to follow along rather than relying on social media.
The Video/ pit wall/store/race tabs are good too, however I don’t really use them much and because it’s a bit awkward I tend to just watch via YouTube and go to the website to buy merch.
The thing that needs the most work is the Williams Profile/ Settings part of the app. It’s very awkward to use and the layout is kind of all over the place. (Also, it doesn’t register if you’ve already signed up for grid pass/ giveaways/ badges btw)
The ‘F1’ section of that little drop down list which contains season/schedule/drivers is very important I think, however I didn’t even see it in my first month of using the app because it’s so tucked away.
Since the ‘Home’ page tab is already customised for each race week, maybe the race tab (for example this week is the ‘Japan’ tab), should just be an option on the home page instead?
Then, you’d have a Tab free down the bottom to include overall season information, driver lineup, schedule, championship standings, Williams History, ect which IMO would be super useful for new Williams fans.
Similarly, if News and Videos were on the same page, (even if it’s separated like ‘overview’ and ‘event in progress’ in the homepage), would make the News page easier to use.
I don’t know if anyone will ever read this, but I just thought I’d give some feedback because I do really love this app and hope there can be some minor improvements so more people will use it. It Never Loads
I’ve been trying to load the app. And I missed out on the “badge” last race weekend because the app never loads. Doesn’t matter where I am or what internet I’m using…. The app never loads. I’m trying to collect all the badges and do all the things but it never loads. 🤷♀️F-this******

Difficult to navigate
I love the app but I find it very hard to navigate to certain things. I can never find the section where I can predict the race outcomes and I also struggle to find the section to get badges every week. I usually just hope to stumble on them while looking at other things. It would be great if this were rectifiedShow lessVaremort

Missing the local timings
I miss the old interface where if I clicked on the timer, it would give me a list of all the events in my timezone. Pls add it back!Kanishk Modi
Is this an app or website?
I’ve been trying to use the app/website for over a year. It’s hopeless. Every time I try to do anything - pit lane predictions, grand prix badges, now creating my drivers card for the new season it bounces me onto a webpage and demands I sign up or log in. Already signed up, already logged in multiple times. I was hoping it would be fixed at some point in the last 12 mths. Obviously not. Pop up windows in the web app don’t fit the screen so you have to close the webapp to be able to get back to the previous screen. Some don’t have the close x anywhere on the screen so again have to close the whole thing to get back to where you where. Driver quizzes have part of the answers missing off the screen so you can’t read them or choose them, same in the pit lane predictions screen. Sort it out please.Show lessHarri3
