Glitches all the time
I’m not too fond of this app. The developers really messed this up. I get logged out all the time. When I follow a link from my email, it never connects to my account. How can we collect badges and engage with the team if the app is so flawed?Honor G.
UI is not intuitive, but it works
This app is kind of silly, in the app there are ads to download the app. I think that sums it up pretty well.
I’d argue that the most fun part is the pitwall predictions, and the most useful is the race radio transcriptions (I look forward to both every race week).
The videos are nice, but they’re all crammed on one page with upcoming race information, while the store has a whole tab on the bottom (which makes really no sense, when you assume fans are ordering once or twice throughout the whole season).

Informative, user friendly, interactive, are just a few of the words I’d use to describe the Williams app. I use it regularly to keep up with everything related to the team and upcoming races. I’ve purchased merchandise directly as well. Looking forward to the new partnership with Puma for 2024 and another successful season on and off the track.Show lessFoxesneverquit

Makes no sense!
The App has this strategy, where you get badges! For what!?! Makes no sense! It’s annoying more than anything! Needs a full revamp with someone who knows what they’re doing! It’s like one of those silly ideas you see on that tv show, one of the contestants on ‘The Apprentice’ thinks up! It then gets ripped apart & ridiculed as terrible by experts in that industry! This reminds me of everything that was wrong with Williams before James Vowels arrived!!!Show lessGomaroma
