Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback. We're a little puzzled, as once downloaded, the app doesn’t require internet to play the self-guided audio tour in Sequoia National Park. We always recommend downloading the app ahead of time so you can tour offline without any cell service, as the GPS-based commentary plays automatically based on your location.
