Works brilliantly but customer service is awful
Trackers work fine but they add a auto renewal on subs that is impossible to change. Sent 30 messages to customer services and get zero helpPathetic Customer Service
The product (sensors) have issues intermittently especially with longer sessions of play/ practice. The sync up of data is erratic in those cases.
The customer service is really bad. Inspite of narrating the issue in detail, the cs representative (Mr Otto) could not even understand the issue and communicate the resolution and instead pushed the issue by another week to be attempted on a call. It’s really frustrating to experience your valuable stats from sessions not syncing up consistently.
I would not recommend the product if someone is serious to have their stats be consistently available and see progress made.Show lessDisappointed so far
Really cool product - but between the sensors and the app itself, it only works without issue maybe 1/3rd of the time. Synching issues, accuracy issues with the data, and recently more and more issues with the app itself. Frustrating because when it works it’s a fun way for my 9yo son to track his progress, but sadly so far it’s been more common to have issues than not.Show less
