  • Works brilliantly but customer service is awful

    Trackers work fine but they add a auto renewal on subs that is impossible to change. Sent 30 messages to customer services and get zero help
  • Pathetic Customer Service

    The product (sensors) have issues intermittently especially with longer sessions of play/ practice. The sync up of data is erratic in those cases.

    The customer service is really bad. Inspite of narrating the issue in detail, the cs representative (Mr Otto) could not even understand the issue and communicate the resolution and instead pushed the issue by another week to be attempted on a call. It’s really frustrating to experience your valuable stats from sessions not syncing up consistently.

    I would not recommend the product if someone is serious to have their stats be consistently available and see progress made.

  • Disappointed so far

    Really cool product - but between the sensors and the app itself, it only works without issue maybe 1/3rd of the time. Synching issues, accuracy issues with the data, and recently more and more issues with the app itself. Frustrating because when it works it’s a fun way for my 9yo son to track his progress, but sadly so far it’s been more common to have issues than not.

  • Crashes a lot!!! When it works, great information!!

    I bought these for my 9 year old who really loves to play soccer. He participates in a very competitive league and is always wanting to know where he can improve. I thought these would be a great way for home to put a number to his efforts. Boy was I wrong. The information that these sensor provide is fantastic… if you can ever get the information. Sometimes they load sometimes “oops something went wrong, Try again later” or incorrect mounting when I know they matched Right sensor to Right and Left sensor to left with blue light flashing on the outside. then when you go back, the data is not correct or incomplete or not there at all. There is now way to refresh app or even reboot it all together. Tonight I have put in FIVE two factor authentication codes that they sent to my email only for it to tell me I have the wrong code and then tell me something went wrong. In the year 6 months I have had them, these issues have popped up about 10-15 times. I tried to chalk it up to internet issues, cellular issues, iPhone issues, butt NO!!! It doesn’t matter. Glitchy. Buyer beware.

  • Problems after newest update.

    After updating the app, there have been nothing but problems downloading the data. It takes forever, if it even downloads it all.
  • What is going on??

    I recently got this app, thinking it could improve my skills (especially juggling) since I just recently started training more. But when you send me the code, and I put it in correctly, it says it’s the wrong code. I’ll try re-installing the app, but if not, is there anyway to fix this? If so, it would be great if someone could lend me a hand.

  • Pathetic

    I’ve been using the CITYPLAY for a few months. All I have is issues 2 times a week. It does NOT STORE all of the information. This is really frustrating.
  • So far, so good

    I was initially concerned with some of the reviews for this product, but so far, so good. None of the glitches I was expecting. My son has logged 10 matches and 15 practices with no issues.
