    The app is very good and gives me good information to improve my game.
  • Poor costumer service

    I am in the process of canceling my subscription and it has taken me forever and I get no progress done as emails simply don’t work. There has to be an easier way to cancel

  • Zero support service

    I bought a CityPlay for my kids on December. He used it for two times and then the software messed up and it didn’t recognize the user anymore. I have send emails and chat messages for like 2 weeks trying to get assistance without success. The device is great but the customer care simply does not exist. I would really appreciate if someone can contact me to solve this issue.

  • Will not pair/app freezes

    The app gets stuck on the "get ready to pair" screen. There is no option to go to settings (per the website). We have uninstalled/reinstalled several times and the app just freezes. Very disappointing especially since the product took the full 21 days to arrive.

    The right one won’t charge, so I went to chat with an AI, and there was no place to type, very unprofessional app

  • Broken sensors. No customer service

    Sensor is “bricked” after 2 days ownership. That’s according to the unhelpful troubleshooting on their limited app.
    Customer service is a reply to an email every 3/4 days.
    They want videos of you following steps on the app.
    After another 4 days they reply describing how to fix a fault on the sensor that is actually working & not the one which has broken.
    I’ve asked for a refund or replacement and have been completely ignored.
    Deeply regret spending £200 on this.

  • Bad quality and customer service wont replace sensor

    I got this per a friend’s recommendation. It worked well for a week then I suddenly got changing problem with one of the sensors. I contacted support and they asked me to do a hard reset which fixed the issue. But it happened again a couple of weeks later. It would also tell me that “one of the sensors lost power so no data was recorded” right after a game session. Every time I contacted support they just asked me to do a hard reset but it was a bandaid, and I couldn’t rely on the sensors for my games. I asked them to replace the faulty sensor but they refused. It’s trash to me at this point.
