Great but…
The scale is great but the app could use some improvement. The “Total catches” shown for a trip does not match the actual catches. The “Total Species” is incorrect. Trips won’t save sometimes, the app crashes when trying to end a trip. Sometimes a trip ends by itself, must start a new trip. Seems like you must Autolog or manually enter catches. App gets confused on the total numbers if you do both. Data for the trip catches is different than individual catch data. If you edit one, both are not updated. Great scale, app is lacking.
Auto log feature doesn’t auto log…still have to open your phone and log the catch it just gives you a notification to tap. I don’t want to grab my phone, I want it to auto log.HelsBane

This is awesome. Someone finally gets it and does more for the every day angler and helps the pros as well. The scale is the best on the market and the fact that you can link it to your phone and do so many other things is awesome. They knocked it out of the park!!Phlip Phlop
How do we update to version 2.5???
2.3.3 is riddled with bugs that causes crashes, but there’s no way to update to version 2.5. Please help.BBC223
App crashes, cannot get new version
I’m running 2.3.2 which constantly crashes. The App Store says there’s 2.5 out but the app doesn’t update. How can we get the latest version???App Crashes non stop and is unable

So far I have to say extremely impressed with the easy of use. The screen is really bright and easy to see indoors, but I think it will be fine outside in the bright sun.
The operation of the scale is very user friendly. I have had a couple of the other common scales and I have to say thus far this is by far the most easiest user friendly and highly visible scales to date.
I have not played around with the Bluetooth app much yet but from my initial impressions, it really well thought out.

Scale Wont connect to phone
I have an iPhone XR with IOS 16.6 and my scale will not pair with my phone. I've tried the manual option as well and still nothing. Not very happy with this issue.E strong 11
