Our team launched this project with the mission to create a safer environment for kids, especially in regards to the problems and dangers children face when they use YouTube. Unfortunately many parents are not really aware of the consequences of using YouTube with early aged kids, and they use it just because it's free... We are super happy that you and your daughter like the app and understand our mission. Dear Katsimp127, we understand your position and please let me give you our justification: 1) You can try the app for free during a trial period to check and test if your child likes it or not. If not, you can cancel the subscription and avoid the payment during the trial period. 2) We choose the subscription because of the reason you point out and, most importantly, because, unlike YouTube, you will only access Safe and Age-Appropriate videos. 3) You will also have access to different interactive games for your child, despite being a video app. This way you can have 100% sure and be free of concerns that your child will only be watching and listening to content that is hand-picked by experts and educators. Besides, you have direct access to our personalized customer service for any circumstances that may occur.
