Buggy software
after taking 50% profit from a long trade. The rest of the trade disappeared.
Put a short trade on and lost 95% of the collateral due to an error and the remaining 5% was shown as the trade.
Chat help was very long in assisting and I never had it resolved. The software is buggy

Bad update.
App freezes constantly. Used to freeze occasionally. Now, constantly. Please fix.
Duplicate trades
For some reason the app will open a duplicate trade and when you go to close the duplicate trade the app will also close the original trade along with the duplicate. That’s not cool at all. So far it’s happened twice. Happy l only put a little bit of money in this platform. If it happens again I’m out. Very user friendly and easy to save your favorite trading pairs.

The stop loss and take profit don’t work
I have had this issue with every order. I have set losses at -10% it falls -20% then sells when it hits -10% the same thing for taking profits and its cost me a lot of money. Do not trust this app
