Gift Card Missing
Still (in 2024) cannot add or check gift card in app and cannot check gift card balance on the website. When it was Roasters we could do it.thebmrust
Gift Card Options Lacking.
There’s no way to see how much is on a gift card unless you go to the location. Also not an option to check balance on their website. Seems like having that option would be standard practice as everywhere else does it. Because of this reason I really hate getting Wake Up Call gift cards.NightWing840

Yesterday I could add funds by clicking “Charge Up”. The day before yesterday I couldn’t and then again today I couldn’t.bjewelled1964

The new app is awesome! The one critique I have is there is no option to add a physical gift card to your account that you might have received as a gift. If that feature is added, then it will be a flawless app.MYorlano
Why no order ahead option?
I will start off by saying I love wake up call! The staff are always friendly and the coffee is great. So my 3 stars are only for the app, not the company.
I’m on board for a new app as I understand technology changes. But if you’re going to implement a new app, why not include the option to order ahead of time? It would speed up times in the drive through lines and ensure order accuracy! Just seems like a missed opportunityOrion0182
