  • Great resource

    Sometimes as a first responder we don’t have access to great mental hygiene. This app makes an amazing resource to access many different topics revolving around mental health. There are some tips and tricks that are easy to understand and help to remind ourselves way to keep mentally healthy.

    The tools & tips included in the app allow it to be as interactive as you would like - which allows for customization and interaction that is unmatched for this type of program.

  • Five Stars! HIGHLY Recommend!

    I love the custom flash card maker to help me keep study questions and the video notes recorder so I can keep track of milestones in my wellness journey.

    Segment 5 on positive psychology is awesome and Segments 2 and 3 on the Wheel of Wellness are so helpful to understand the elements of total wellness.

    The whole video course on Psychological Empowerment 360 is enlightening and has helped me understand how to really take control of my mental health and help others as well.

    No matter what struggle you have in your life the lessons in this app always leave you with easy to use action steps that work.

    With all of the things bearing down on each of us daily, it is a breath of fresh air to hear that I’m not alone and there are ways to navigate through my stress.
    The videos presented in The Mental Hygiene Project have been extremely useful to me personally, as well as for those that I interact with (coworkers, clients, and family). The tips and advice presented helped me cope with stresses from my work and home life. My newly found work/life balance has been a VERY positive influence on everyone in my life, as well as an asset to my business.
