I would stay clear
Trustpilot has been a total nightmare! We are a small organisation and I had an email out of nowhere stating we were abusing the Trustpilot widget which is untrue as it is provided in our basic package. I have responded to their email twice and no reply. They have place a great big banner on our page which states this company has been dishonest etc which can affect our chances of funding, not to mention we work with vulnerable adults. I was assured over live chat this would be escalated and removed as he could see this was an error. Two weeks later no reply and I get a call regarding upgrading to a premium package. The advisor told me if I upgrade he can assure me that banner placed on our account would be removed automatically and almost instantly. It would seem that Trustpilot are a money making grabbing scammers as this is a terrible way to operate. If I pay over £200 it will get removed instantly but if I do not then he cannot help me and I just have to sit tight and await whilst our reputation goes downhill. I regret setting Trustpilot up as here is no number or email to contact besides a sale number of course .Show lessGracey7z

I’m really so happy it work and I’ve been search for a way for find an app since 2019 where I can purchase iTunes cards and now I’ve found the best app where I can easily purchase an iTunes card without any delay

I’m extremely disappointed with Trustpilot's claim to fight fake reviews, which turned out to be misleading. I left a genuine review for Shopock, which they responded to, acknowledging the situation in detail. Despite this, my review was flagged and removed. It seems Trustpilot is more concerned with getting paid by businesses to remove real reviews rather than ensuring authenticity.
This whole system feels rigged, and it's clear they prioritize fake 5-star reviews over genuine feedback. I can no longer trust Trustpilot as a reliable platform, as they allow businesses to manipulate ratings by removing honest reviews. Truly pathetic.

Don't waste your time with Trustpilot. I've left reviews on various platforms, including Google, but when I posted on Trustpilot, they flagged my reviews as inauthentic. They demanded proof of purchase and used numerous excuses to remove my review even after proof of purchase had been supplied. If you need more information, feel free to reach out. Dommage que je ne peux pas laisser de photos au début j’avais laissé une bonne étoile, parce que je trouvais ça pratique de voir les vrais avis des gens, mais en réalité Nous ne pouvons seulement laisser des mauvais avis aux compagnies et quand ce sont une bonne note il croit que nous sommes des comptes fake on doit prouver avec nos informations personnelles pour laisser une bonne note à la compagnie. Je trouve ça injuste pour eux donc je laisse un étoile à trustplot parce que finalement ils m’ont prouvé qu’ils ne laissent pas les vrais avis. D’ailleurs je vais copier mon avis pour le laisser sur l’App Store parce qu’ils vont sûrement pas publier mon avis au sujet d’eux ici (voici la copie meme si je suis persuadé qu’il ne publieront pas leur mauvais avis sur leur app)Show lessSafiniplus

I do understand it must be frustrating to spend hours writing a review only to have it pulled, it’s ridiculous to badmouth Trust Pilot for being so careful. Ive read both the stories and TPs responses and it just increases my respect for Trust Pilot and their processes. It makes sense that the first round of reviews must be done by AI. They’re obviously emphasizing the elimination of fake accounts, which would increase the rejection of legit reviews. That’s a good thing! I’m not sure how the follow up works but nobody should be complaining until they’ve attempted the next step. With real humans!
I wrote a lot more about how Trust Pilot’s efforts should be applauded and managed to lose it. Argghh! Probably what I deserve for writing that complainers should not complain.
