The gentleman I spoke to this morning was very considerate and explained every step along the way, which was really very good because sometimes I don’t grab it but he took his time and when he sorted it all out he then went through it step-by-step so I could write it all down and nowhere I was going. I had a review up for months and no problem. I gave a company a 1 star review, then all of a sudden they took it down and said they were not sure I used it. I see a lot of other 1 star reviews up. I have been falsely flagged, by a company, and my review is immediately hidden, but when I flag a person that had 2 reviews pop up around the same time and had the same exact name his review stays up. I just checked and the guy with 2 5 star reviews still has both of his reviews up. I am starting to not trust this company. I wonder sometimes if the business pay them. I don’t know, but I wonder or if they don’t like a person, for whatever reason, then they cause that person a headache.Show lessFerretmoe2373

Well, trust by I don’t know too much about it. I’ve been told by a lot of people that you’re the people to talk to well thank God for you guys being there to oversee all these scammers that it wasn’t for you. I’d be ripped off all the time me I play for an average of 12 1/2 hours a day of screen time is what it says, I play a lot of games every day you can see from my stand worldwide. Despite not having every single thing I search for, which is not a real expectation, they can’t have everything lol, it has saved me money so many times. I see something on Instagram or Facebook or Twitter or TikTok about a company selling something that I find interesting. I then go to Trustpilot put in the name of the company that is selling the item and when it does have it in it’s database it gives me a customer rating with reviews of the company. I’ve been using it for a number of years now and like I said it has saved me money.Show lessjaymst

I attempted to make a review of a absolutely terrible company I spent the last two years working with on a B2B basis. It’s a foreign company, therefore not to many review services have this company even listed as an option to review them. I found that Trustpilot has 15 previous reviews of the company. I created an account with Trustpilot, I put in my experience with the company only to have Trustpilot pull the review and treat me like a criminal because I wrote a review. What I mean by treating me like a criminal is they requested an absorbent amount of information to “prove” that I worked with this company. I submitted invoices and screenshots of various communications, as requested by Trustpilot, only to have my review again retracted by Trustpilot. I am beyond frustrated at this point. I spent to much time just getting my thoughts together to write the original review, only to be disappointed by the fact that Trustpilot doesn’t believe me for no apparent reason. It’s beyond ridiculous, and incredibly frustrating, they compounded my issues with the said company. 🙄 what’s the point of making such stringent standards to write a review? You’re making it known that you’re not on the side of the consumer, but instead on the side of corporations. At least in this instance that’s what you’re doingShow lessNyel13

All of these brokers and account managers should be avoided at all costs. They took over $100,000 of investment capital from me, and they persisted in asking for additional monies before approving and processing my withdrawal request. In the end, I lost all I had invested. The customer service staff had rejected every attempt to contact them. Moving on was quite difficult and devastating for me. Thank heavens I listened to a broadcast that explained how scam victims can use bsb forensic ltd ! Services to get their money back. After contacting the provided information for advice, I received a response within a short period of time and was asked to provide all pertinent legal information regarding my investment. I immediately followed their instructions accordingly and to my utter astonishment, successfully got my money back. I declared that I would not keep this information to myself but would instead divulge it to the public in order to help all victims of scams recover their lost money. They remove the reviews they don’t like.
I would not put to much faith in what you see on their site. I have written hundreds of reviews on other platforms including as a local guide on google. Trust Pilot removes reviews that they don’t like. They favour the company which makes any feedback you see unreliable. I have had multiple polite unbiased reviews removed. The companies can also make demands of you for you phone number etc and if you don’t answer their questions by their deadline they consider your review illegitimate and remove it. I once even reviewed trust pilot on trust pilot and guess what, they removed it. It’s very sketchy operating practices in my opinion. I don’t use them anymore when I am looking for legitimate unbiased feedback.Show lessLop zx
