This is a very good service. Be aware though that I have seen verified user writing positive feedback about companies that they are connected to. If there is no negative feedback...508230B

I thought this would be good as I do like to leave reviews. If there good or bad I will be honest. I've given this 4 stars as everytime I click on. Review item they take me to this app and all I get is sorry something went wrong and can't do it. So now I have to search for the company I want to review and do it that way. But it would be so much easier if it would come up to review it and not keep saying something went wrong. So annoying. If it carries on I shall delete it and just go straight to Google.Show lessjuals

Great platform to let other people know of positive and negative experiences.
It would be nice to have the option to reply to company replies on your reviews though. As some comments could be perceived as an attempt to invalidate our reviews it would be nice to have the option to show other reviewers that we can back up our claims.Show lessSidnea9

Trustpilot investigates reviews properly and doesn’t take the side of the business. I’ve had companies try to get my negative reviews removed and Trustpilot has looked into these and has accepted the reviews are valid. So finally the consumer has a voice and a right to defend their experience and share it with others. Trustpilot investigated thoroughly and asked me to provide evidence so it was completely fair for both sides. Thank you Trustpilot for not being bought out by big business.Show lesstd2356

Giving 2 stars because TrustPilot is pretty decent for reading reviews. As far as writing a review; not worth the hassle. I reviewed a company favorably. My review contained nothing inappropriate or offensive yet was “flagged” for “violating their guidelines.” I went over the guidelines and had 3 friends look over them; none of us could find anything that violated their guidelines. Curious, I responded to their email asking exactly what guidelines were violated? No response. I emailed a copy of my receipt from the company I reviewed as requested; a receipt is not a high tech deterrent in the fight against fake reviews and, like most people, I don’t save boxes of my receipts. Of course, this involves taking the time to block out any personal info on the receipt. My review was put back up…after 4 emails back and forth. Too much hassle and a waste of my time. They like to remove negative reviews from companies that pay them to be removed. Do google searches and look up reddit for companies that you find to be suspicious because trustpilot reviews aren’t legitimate. I have left two 1star reviews that were legit and I had shown proof to trust pilot via email and still both these reviews were flagged and removed even after I had replies from the companies I had reviewed acknowledging my purchases.Show lessJack beam

Name says it all as they do not mess around when it comes to legit thoughts or reviews about even big name companies being posted for everyone to see and use these as you see fit but know they are fair and legit and verified is always key so just trust me if you want to get any idea of somewhere you haven’t been but like to know, this is definitely the place to do your homeworkShow lessJeremyKubanek
