Dodgy provider

Don't waste your time with Trustpilot. I've left reviews on various platforms, including Google, but when I posted on Trustpilot, they flagged my reviews as inauthentic. They demanded proof of purchase and used numerous excuses to remove my review even after proof of purchase had been supplied. If you need more information, feel free to reach out. I'm happy to share all the communications and demonstrate how dodgy the Trustpilot is.

Dommage que je ne peux pas laisser de photos au début j’avais laissé une bonne étoile, parce que je trouvais ça pratique de voir les vrais avis des gens, mais en réalité Nous ne pouvons seulement laisser des mauvais avis aux compagnies et quand ce sont une bonne note il croit que nous sommes des comptes fake on doit prouver avec nos informations personnelles pour laisser une bonne note à la compagnie. Je trouve ça injuste pour eux donc je laisse un étoile à trustplot parce que finalement ils m’ont prouvé qu’ils ne laissent pas les vrais avis. D’ailleurs je vais copier mon avis pour le laisser sur l’App Store parce qu’ils vont sûrement pas publier mon avis au sujet d’eux ici (voici la copie meme si je suis persuadé qu’il ne publieront pas leur mauvais avis sur leur app)

Trust Pilot is a rare honest spot on the metaverse

I do understand it must be frustrating to spend hours writing a review only to have it pulled, it’s ridiculous to badmouth Trust Pilot for being so careful. Ive read both the stories and TPs responses and it just increases my respect for Trust Pilot and their processes. It makes sense that the first round of reviews must be done by AI. They’re obviously emphasizing the elimination of fake accounts, which would increase the rejection of legit reviews. That’s a good thing! I’m not sure how the follow up works but nobody should be complaining until they’ve attempted the next step. With real humans!

I wrote a lot more about how Trust Pilot’s efforts should be applauded and managed to lose it. Argghh! Probably what I deserve for writing that complainers should not complain.

So Energy, very very good they did take their time with me

The gentleman I spoke to this morning was very considerate and explained every step along the way, which was really very good because sometimes I don’t grab it but he took his time and when he sorted it all out he then went through it step-by-step so I could write it all down and nowhere I was going. I’d like to say thank you very much. I’m very sorry I can’t give you more stars because you were really very good again thank you very much.

Sometimes they remove reviews

I had a review up for months and no problem. I gave a company a 1 star review, then all of a sudden they took it down and said they were not sure I used it. I see a lot of other 1 star reviews up. I have been falsely flagged, by a company, and my review is immediately hidden, but when I flag a person that had 2 reviews pop up around the same time and had the same exact name his review stays up. I just checked and the guy with 2 5 star reviews still has both of his reviews up. I am starting to not trust this company. I wonder sometimes if the business pay them. I don’t know, but I wonder or if they don’t like a person, for whatever reason, then they cause that person a headache.

Well, trust by I don’t know too much about it. I’ve been told by a lot of people that you’re the people to talk to well thank God for you guys being there to oversee all these scammers that it wasn’t for you. I’d be ripped off all the time me I play for an average of 12 1/2 hours a day of screen time is what it says, I play a lot of games every day you can see from my stand worldwide. I’m in the top 4% that five+ over over 5 billion players worldwide.

This is a must use site!

Despite not having every single thing I search for, which is not a real expectation, they can’t have everything lol, it has saved me money so many times. I see something on Instagram or Facebook or Twitter or TikTok about a company selling something that I find interesting. I then go to Trustpilot put in the name of the company that is selling the item and when it does have it in it’s database it gives me a customer rating with reviews of the company. I’ve been using it for a number of years now and like I said it has saved me money.
