What’s the point?

I attempted to make a review of a absolutely terrible company I spent the last two years working with on a B2B basis. It’s a foreign company, therefore not to many review services have this company even listed as an option to review them. I found that Trustpilot has 15 previous reviews of the company. I created an account with Trustpilot, I put in my experience with the company only to have Trustpilot pull the review and treat me like a criminal because I wrote a review. What I mean by treating me like a criminal is they requested an absorbent amount of information to “prove” that I worked with this company. I submitted invoices and screenshots of various communications, as requested by Trustpilot, only to have my review again retracted by Trustpilot. I am beyond frustrated at this point. I spent to much time just getting my thoughts together to write the original review, only to be disappointed by the fact that Trustpilot doesn’t believe me for no apparent reason. It’s beyond ridiculous, and incredibly frustrating, they compounded my issues with the said company. 🙄 what’s the point of making such stringent standards to write a review? You’re making it known that you’re not on the side of the consumer, but instead on the side of corporations. At least in this instance that’s what you’re doing

Invaluable services

All of these brokers and account managers should be avoided at all costs. They took over $100,000 of investment capital from me, and they persisted in asking for additional monies before approving and processing my withdrawal request. In the end, I lost all I had invested. The customer service staff had rejected every attempt to contact them. Moving on was quite difficult and devastating for me. Thank heavens I listened to a broadcast that explained how scam victims can use bsb forensic ltd ! Services to get their money back. After contacting the provided information for advice, I received a response within a short period of time and was asked to provide all pertinent legal information regarding my investment. I immediately followed their instructions accordingly and to my utter astonishment, successfully got my money back. I declared that I would not keep this information to myself but would instead divulge it to the public in order to help all victims of scams recover their lost money. They remove the reviews they don’t like.

I would not put to much faith in what you see on their site. I have written hundreds of reviews on other platforms including as a local guide on google. Trust Pilot removes reviews that they don’t like. They favour the company which makes any feedback you see unreliable. I have had multiple polite unbiased reviews removed. The companies can also make demands of you for you phone number etc and if you don’t answer their questions by their deadline they consider your review illegitimate and remove it. I once even reviewed trust pilot on trust pilot and guess what, they removed it. It’s very sketchy operating practices in my opinion. I don’t use them anymore when I am looking for legitimate unbiased feedback.

Grease site to basically fat checks some websites unfortunately I did not do it on time and I lost a lot of money, but I am grateful for the website I will be using this website. I do not recognize.

Great app and website!

Love the idea of giving feedback and being heard but also knowing which companies are reliable and safe. Overall I just started using Trustpilot and it makes me feel more comfortable and safe about buying apps that are perhaps not well known. Thank you for your service!

Not brilliant.

I thought this would be good as I do like to leave reviews. If there good or bad I will be honest. I've given this 4 stars as everytime I click on. Review item they take me to this app and all I get is sorry something went wrong and can't do it. So now I have to search for the company I want to review and do it that way. But it would be so much easier if it would come up to review it and not keep saying something went wrong. So annoying. If it carries on I shall delete it and just go straight to Google.
