  • Terrible customer support

    I have been trying to reach them for over 5 weeks but they haven’t responded to my messages yet so I’m just waiting on them to respond back to my messages so that I can make sure that I will be able to review the companies that I want to review my review for them so I don’t know what to say about that but it’s just so frustrating to me that they can’t even get back to me with the situation that I’m trying to resolve with them so I’m not really happy about this customer service situation is terrible and very very frustrating to me because I work in a customer care company and I know what they are doing right this second

  • Essential app to check out companies

    I recommend Trustpilot to anyone and everyone and of course frequent it myself when unsure of purchasing online from new companies I’ve never used before.
    It’s important with most things online these days to have a heads up prior to choosing to spend money on a company that is badly run or worse, outright scammers.

    I have become to be a Very Trustwory person on Trustpilot. I believe everything they say. They are here to give nothing but the truth and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Thank you so much for being here for us. So we don’t fall into traps that cause us to waiste money. You are truly honest and I commend you as the best company out there today. I have asked several questions and received the correct answers so I don’t throw away money I need to survive. Especially with A.i. out there now it becomes even harder to know if something is even real. But, you now the rest of the field to the ground. God Bless you all. Sandra Steele

  • Ethical

    I requested that they freeze and issue a consumer warning on “The Life Coach School”. Why is it okay to receive ten 5 star reviews in a single day? There is no way she didn’t ask for those. Please help. This woman has ruined my financial life and is ignoring my review and everyone else’s and going on to sell more products before addressing the issue in an ethical way or even at all. She is dangerous.

  • Falsely suspended

    Well 2 or 3 days ago I reviewed 3 websites and the next day I got suspended for spam on one review and first of all, my reviews are real, I’m real, I didn’t spam at all and they refused to unblock me so what the heck is the point of all this for me to get suspended, don’t even recommend Trustpilot after the false suspension, refused to tell me anything and removed all my reviews for no reason, disgraceful company. Trustpilot, you call yourself a review company and allow us to review other companies but falsely suspend your customer’s account’s for no reason, you don’t even give us a reason and you say you are sorry, but I bet it’s all a bunch of lies. I have given 5 star ratings to some companies and 1 to 3 star reviews for others so I don’t understand why you suspend me. Now I can’t trust you at all, useless company suspending me for no reason.

Reasons for when an account can be suspended are: when there is detected spamming behavior, multiple user accounts connected to you, or other breaches of our guidelines.  As previously advised, I suggest you to reach out to our Content Integrity Team, advising that you disagree with their decision.     I have experience engineering
    in 3 applications and have written lots of reviews honestly for Trustpilot, because that’s the way that I am and want to be
    Telling lies is not the way I wish to follow, Confucius stated truth and caring is the only way if you are A man of honour……
    I have been with Chinese masters who explained the way of the Great Master Confucius’ so can understand True Caring in what I do for myself and others.

  • Excellent platform highly recommend

    This platform is a good way for people to tell others what is going on with different services online or shopping , it also allows you to let off steam when you are being wrongly treated It’s a shame that when this happens the company in question writes robot responses and most don’t even bother to respond and don’t seem to feel guilty and refund the buyers for anything even with proof evidence
