It would be nice to have the option to reply to company replies on your reviews though. As some comments could be perceived as an attempt to invalidate our reviews it would be nice to have the option to show other reviewers that we can back up our claims.

Reviews are only removed when our software detects an unusual pattern or feature in a review. To keep Trustpilot safe and reliable, we've an automated detection software that scans every review posted on Trustpilot.
