These days, online shopping is becoming more and more popular, including my household.
Scammers know this too, so i simply type in the online address and as long as trustpilot is being used by consumers, weather good review or not so good reviews, this is a good step to use when buying anything. Get toll my response was humful to the company but they are scammers . And now I find out business can pay money to be on their side so if they don’t like it and flag buy company they remove for telling the truth.what that say about the company getting paid off buy company funnny thatUbu007
Another company using apps to ignore you
Once again a company using an app for customer service but when you use “contact us” the auto reply is it may take 10 working days to respond. Yet the email they sent me said they needed to have my reply in 3 days. Well for me to reply I need information from them. So if they take 10 days my ability to reply to the business is gone. What a jokeShow lessIumitch

I love the concept of TrustPilot, sadly they seem to suspend your account for no apparent reason. You’ll spend a great deal of time and effort posting reviews only to have your account banned and your reviews taken down. I’m a valuable and trusted member of the reviewing community. I’ve been writing reviews for nearly 15 years. I am a member of the Elite Squad of reviewers on Yelp. I have never had any issue with my reviews. I truly am taking precious time out of my schedule to write these reviews and post them on TrustPilot in order to help other people who might need to read these reviews.
The fact that TrustPilot keeps suspending my account has left me so frustrated that I likely will not try to post reviews on their site any longer and I will no longer support their site in general. An example of my getting my account suspended occurred very recently, when I was attempting to leave a review for my Primary Care Physician (PCP). TrustPilot quickly suspended my account and then had the audacity to ask me to prove that I was a patient of this medical provider! The worst part, is that I gave them proof that I was a patient, but to TrustPilot, this proof wasn’t good enough, they both want and refuse to accept proof that is private in nature.

Reliable
I always go to Trustpilot before purchasing goods as I find their reviews helpful in making a decision as to where to spend my hard earned money.
Of course anyone can leave a review but Trustpilot has verified reviewers and by clicking on their profiles you can read their other reviews and satisfy yourself if they only like complaining or giving credit where they think it is due! Ultimately the decision is ours alone, but it is nice to get others opinions about a company/service provider we are unsure of. Thank you Trustpilot.Show lessmissmmp

I trusted this company that turned out to be a scam, and it left me devastated.
