Poor Information
Outdated and outmoded information on body weight hit and composition. Does not take into account exercise levels or genetics. I am a size small/xs, but weigh 20 to 30 pounds more than most people my size. I lift weights, run five days a week, eat a balanced diet, and have femur twice the size of a normal person my age. My legs are heavy. The bone mass and muscle are high. And the recommendations for managing stress and literally just things that add more stress. Heartbeat monitoring is ok, though.
