The translation was decent but overlaps in some parts of the text and is unreadable and there is no way to redo it unless you pay for more credits and there is no point to the subscription if you have to buy more points after subscriptionjxcano89

Very confusing terms
I ordered the Weekly Unlimited Access but was only given 26 credits which means I can only translate 26 pages total… Hardly unlimited access is it!?!Scootie D
Did not translate
I just spent a decent chunk of money to translate a 600 odd page pdf and it didn’t work. The pages look like gibberish. I would usually click help or support before leaving a review but there is no feature like that in the app.

Bought to translate a document. I paid for credits and it does nothing. It keeps asking you to buy a plan. It does not translate anything.EfandG

Thousands of users translate their documents through our app. If you drop us a line over the support email, we can check why your particular document is not being translated. Last thing we want is a broken user experience after all. The plans you're referring to are needed to maintain the service.
