    Su propaganda dice que puede traducir un número ilimitado de páginas, al subir el archivo pdf de 1000 páginas se cuelga. Quiero traducir ese documento de inglés al español.

    Solution: Working with 1000 pages documents can be handled by using the Split/Extract feature first - create several parts and then proceed translating. Our team is now double checking on what may have gone wrong as well.
  • Translated into rubbish

    Tried to translate thai menu, i got fully rubbish instead of translate

    Greetings! Here are a few things that may improve the end result: - make sure there are no reflections on the menu - you have enough light ( for example taking the snapshot in a nightclub has slightly less chance to capture any text content ) - try to keep steady while taking the scan. Sometimes rapid hand moves can cause blur and thus make it harder for the recognition to do its magic.

  • SCAM! Be aware

    Are you kidding??? I paid 6.99$ for a weekly subscription and in my first PDF document translation the results are “ Machine translated by Google” watermark at the top. So are you charging us for use the google translator???? I can’t believe this level of scam. I’ll try to get my money back ASAP.

    It's not a scam really, we're obliged to notify the users when our systems select the Google translation engine as a the best method to deliver the desired results ( among many technologies we support ). If you imply that it's the same if you would use the regular services, then again that's not really the case - we solve many limitations you would face if you try and translate a 100 pages file. On top of that we offer many other useful features that are not easily found in a single app. Let us know if you had any trouble with the app over the support email. Cheers!

    It robbed me of $18 I need a refund.

  • App Crashed, Stole Credits

    I purchased 20 credits to translate an 18 page document, but the app crashed while processing, removing my credits but not producing the translated PDF.

    Downloaded app, translated first pdf document perfectly. Second document crashed the app but still charged for pages not produced.

    Just ran a pdf in Arabic to translate to English and all I got was “ I know” for all the translations .. is this a joke ?

    Dear customer, 3 page translation would cost only 0.99$. You've probably purchased a 20 credits pack and have spare credits. Please do send us an email about the content you're having trouble with and we'll investigate the problem. The most common reason of unsuccessful translation is insufficient quality of the material provided / scanned. The better input source you provide, the better the translation result would be. Note that now the accuracy rate works for the majority of the users' use cases. Don't hesitate to contact us. Thank you!

    Payed .99 cents to try an turn 3 pages from English to Spanish didint work and the app kept trying to make me pay more to use it
