Won’t work
Just finished watch long video “PD Active Speaker Forum: Lifestyle as a Disease Modification Strategy - June 8, 2024”. Very informative. Decided to get this app they mentioned and contribute to the research.
Just went through the big song and dance to create app account, received PRO-PD verification code to activate account, did that, but now the app won’t recognize the account or log in. Something is incorrect but no way or suggestions on how to fix it. So no way to use app or provide data to assist the research.
If they’re asking more people to sign up and provide data, someone needs to fix this app glitch so that we can do just that.

Lack of customer support
The app is the best that I have seen and used, but once it broke in April this year, I have not received any kind of response on how to get it fixed
Lack of support
I have been the app for several months and have been very satisfied about how it can track PD progression. However the app stopped working several weeks ago and no updates have been received from the support staff.
Stuck on country
Just downloaded app, trying to set up account, stuck on country. App wont accept entry
Can’t get past verification code
I would love to use the app but the verification code never gets sent to my phone. If I press the verify button I get an error message. Gave up.
Very annoying
Very difficult to get into. Even when you log in it keeps wanting to send a variation code. Never receive it ever on mobile. Email ok. Needs this evertime you log in enen with stay logged in ticked.
Aspiration
I like the app but you seem to ignore aspiration or fluid in the lungs. I have an on going problem, even with saliva on occasion.
