  • buying full version ASAP!!!

i've just played the preview so far, but it's definitely got me hooked. the characters are cute, the dialogue is goofy, and i love ripping everything up without mercy >:) not to mention the full game isn't pricey at all, especially for a game that has so much energy and love obviously put into it!! i feel so lucky to have found it

  • Amazing!

This game is so fun! At first I was dumb and spoiler alert I did not know were weapon woods were but eventually I found it a few minutes later. The best part about this game is that it is completely free! TurnipBoy is adorable when you chat to somebody and… when he runs! Check out this game for you self.

For the creator of this game,
As you can tell I LOVE this game! I really want there to be new islands, or villages. I wonder if there is going to be a future update too! I love when you get something it says okie, and also before I wrote this review!

  • Great game, but needs to show paywall better

I love the game so far, and I knew it was too good to be free. I don’t have 5 bucks but I love the concept of it. The only problem is the paywall isn’t shown well enough. Maybe instead of hiding it in the game, you put a disclaimer or make a demo on the App Store so people can understand they need money to get the full experience. Great game though, I’m going to try and find the money for it.

  • Cutest thing!

This was the cutest game ever. When my friend showed it to me as a joke because of the name, I told him we could download it and we both played it at the same time together. We both ended up getting addicted and were so sad when we hit the paywall. I’m going to buy the game soon and play the full version but I love how you could play the demo before deciding to purchase the game!

  • Good but…

Awesome game overall, super cute designs and visuals but I wish that it told you that you would have to pay to play. It’s good to support small games like this but it’s unfair to kids that enjoy the game with the tease that’s out but you can’t finish it without buying it. Kinda leaves you feeling empty. Good tho for the 30 minutes that you have of it.

  • Not a Game - An Experience

Plug In Digital’s 2022 action-role playing game Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion is perhaps one of the greatest things to grace our pathetic 80 year existences. In this game, you play as Turnip Boy as he embarks on a quest across his world to discover a beautifully crafted storyline with deep and tactical gameplay. The result of Plug In Digital’s hard work that has been obviously poured into this masterpiece is a profoundly personal and relatable experience. I’m sure anyone and everyone can relate to avoiding paying any form of tax, brutally murdering any random animals in your way, destroying any piece of paper in your sight, and being a general threat to public safety. It’s the deep level of relatability that makes the story great, and the combat and tough choices that make up its classical RPG structure are as deep as how a 14 year old views Billie Eilish singing about how she used to wet the bed until she was nine.

  • Controllers are supported!!!

First off, I only game on my ipad. Second, I had this title’s release date marked in my calendar. I was excited. That said, I was not let down. The gameplay mechanics are simple but clever and incredibly well done. There are both combat and puzzle elements to the gameplay and the two are often blended, like when fighting a boss. The story line is well done. The game is generally funny. And when it comes to an end, you are left with endless fun. (No spoilers) It can easily be played by LITERALLY ANYONE WHO CAN READ. YOU CHOOSE YOUR LEVEL OF CHALLENGE and the game can be challenging. Finally, CONTROLLERS ARE SUPPORTED!!! So an amazing game with controller support, end game content, multiple challenge levels, and a great story. Plain and simple, an amazing game. The only quirk is that an experienced gamer can play through it in under a day but this means speed runs can be very fun. Want to run it more than once on a Saturday? You can and it has a speed run timer built in. Id 100% but this game again.

  • Bon jeu, mais trop court pour le prix

Vraiment trop cher pour la longueur du jeu… je recommanderais 3,99$ plutôt que 6,99$.
  • Fun fun fun

This is one heck of a charming little game and is also quite amusing. Has a neat retro feel to it and reminds me of an NES game called Princess Tomato in the Salad Kingdom (but that’s down to the use of food as characters). Loving this game!
  • GOOD GAME!!

I like the game just in order to complete the game you have to pay—and as a minor that’s difficult the game is good! So if you plan on getting the game it’s tricky bc it’s a tricky mind game so google the guide for it and it will help you! But in order to play the game fully you have to pay! So the game was fun while it lasted—💗
