Why there are ads??

I am a premium subscriber and there are ads between sleep stories. Why there are ads in there for premium subscription ? There is no way to contact the app support team.

Please note that audio ads are embedded by authors into their podcasts, which means we don’t have control over cutting or removing them. I am being billed for subscription that I did not agree after stopping subscription and still being billed for it

Paid for no ads and other features and they disappeared

I got this app, loved some of the tracks, and after only a week paid a lot for the premium membership so I could listen ad-free and use the sleep timer, and now with my new phone, I cannot restore the app to my paid membership, so am stuck with ads and long strings of tracks. It's useless to me now and I'll likely quit using it, as the ads and endless tracks wake me up. Worst of all, I cannot find a way to contact the developer or restore my subscription to go back to ad-free and have s sleep timer again. If I could, I'd give this app 5 stars, but it's useless to me as is. Developer... can you fix this for me?

Still not working

the app is still not working . It always says the same thing with the error code etc. Please fix this as it has been from five stars to one star because i can't even use the app as it wont work . Fix your app as i am sick of this.
