We’ve completely updated our workout tracking software to make following programs a whole lot easier!

We’ve added several new languages including Estonian and Chinese to the app. We’ve also added the ability for clients to manually add their own calories each day + upload foods for a photo journal. Additionally, we’ve added several updates to the coaching login as well. Coaches can now quick-reply to client’s surveys and habits. Coaches can also access the tabata timer right from their home page
