MUCH more complicated than other banks!
We have mobile banking with other banks, so can’t help but compare. With other banks, we make mobile deposits and the next day the funds show up in our account.
With First Bank, we get an email with EVERY deposit, saying they are reviewing, and then a SECOND email saying whether or not the funds were accepted. That is way too many emails!!!!Especially when depositing multiple checks.
It’s way too easy to think all is fine, and miss an email that says there is a problem with one of the checks because who has time to read all those emails???
And there’s no rhyme or reason as to WHY some don’t go through, which means a trip to the bank to deposit in person. It’s not worth the time or hassle of calling to ask why a check was rejected.

the app is convenient, but it’s always errors updating when launch it. and the app needs to be updated more often.

this app rarely updates, but it consistently messes up. every time i get on, it says error updating or loading. it needs scheduled maintenance, weekly to run more smoothly.
I love it.
It’s so much more convenient.
