Great bank, horrible app
When I first got the app, it was great. Quick to load, snappy performance, I could do everything I needed to do in just a couple of minutes. Now I dread having to use the app. It is slow and unresponsive. It sometimes fails to load at all. When it does come up, it cannot find my data, and grinds away as it waits for the server to respond. I love the people who work at the bank, and will not move because of them, but this app is enough to make me want to change. It is absolutely horrible. I am running all the latest versions, and I'm pretty sure it's a server issue on their part as the ATM suffers much the same awful performance issues. Don't count on using the app for any serious business use.Show lessConvenient
I really like how convenient it is to deposit a check without having to go to the brick and mortar bank. All of the tellers have been very professional and kind but sometimes I forget until the weekend and it’s great getting to do it this way. Thank you!Unusable update. Forced updates. Locked out due to Software update
Version 3.10.3 has locked out any iPhone users that aren’t on iOS 16.1. - All of my business phones are fully functional iPhone 6S. None of them will update to iOS 16.1. The app has a “forced update” function so it’s locked me out. Upon deleting the app, if I download it again, the App Store listing acknowledges that I must have iOS 16.1 to use the new 3.10.3 and then offers to download a previous version that is compatible to my phone. Download. Install. What does it say? - Another forced upgrade to the new 3.10.3 version and locks me out. - *THIS* is why I don’t prefer small bank chains. I depend on this and various other technologies to help run my business. It’s aggravating to have software unnecessarily PUSH me towards expensive upgrades. App deleted. Because until it’s fixed, it’s useless to me. 🤷🏻♂️Show less
