Stop making long intros that you can’t skip
The game is great, I love it but the intro was so long and I couldn’t skip the animation for the dialogue text I had to wait for it to show up. Maybe let the user tap to skip the animations? Idk something about devs making non skippable dialogue in 2023 makes me wish I would’ve just not downloaded the game. I didn’t come to read a book I came to play a game. Good stuff otherwise!

When I try to acquire the zip lining action it doesn’t let me. I have more than enough opals so I think it’s a glitch
Great game with some issues
I love this game but some issue I’ve run into are:
That I keep getting kicked out of the app. Whether it’s due to my phone or the app I can’t tell you. I have an I phone 12 freshly updated so I don’t know why it would be the phones issue.
The fact that when I try to continue on another device I need to start over because it only saves to the device and not the account on the app.
The graphics on a larger device such as a tablet are also really bad. Which I wouldn’t care about if I could actually use it on my phone.
Other than those points I really enjoy the story line especially since I’m a healthcare worker. Death is something I deal with regularly and the story has helped give me a different perspective on my career.

Great game just some details
I love the game and the concept and everything about it just a few issues.
For example i don’t like how the trees in the orchard are permanent and sometimes i get requests way before i have the ingredients or the place and there is no instructions i always have to go to the wiki fandom. I wish there was information about where or how to get stuff when you tap on them. And the quality of stella is always blurry.
One bug I have is i cant interact with the dustshade.

This should be used as a tool to conquer grief.
As someone who has experienced catastrophic loss, and who is raising kids who have suffered it alongside me- this is so much more than a game. It truly is kind of magical. The way it deals with loss, and honors the beauty of human connection in a way that a kid can understand, is truly beautiful. To many many people this will seem like an overblown review, and that’s okay-
I truly hope they never have to “get it”.
But I assume based on all the memorials in the closing credits that the creators set out to do something special here, and I want every one of you to know that you did. This game will touch people, and help people heal a bit if they allow it to. So, so beautifully done- bravo, and thank you.

Bug with trees
I absolutely love this game. I play it 4+ hours a day since I got it. The only thing is I CANNOT CHOP THE TREES. I will sit there 10 minutes trying to chop a tree and NO PROGRESS has been made. Every five trees I try to chop will come down. I’ve chopped about one tree a real time day for the past three days, no matter how many times I try to chop any of these trees. Trees are needed to progress and if this isn’t fixed I will be deleting the game. Not because I don’t love it but because I won’t be able to go any further in the game :( please fix it so I can keep playing this adorable game.
On another note, the art is beautiful, the concept is beautiful, the characters are beautiful. I absolutely love this game and suggest it to everyone.

Insane how this is rated so low
I’m assuming players who rated this 1 star didn’t give the game 2 minutes of there time.

double jump doesn’t work
I really enjoy this game so far, I haven’t been able to put it down since downloading it a few hours ago. However, I can’t finish my quests because the double jump isn’t double jumping. I can’t make it up on top of roofs or into the museum because the double jump function just isn’t high enough. I googled if maybe there was a different way to get into the museum, thinking maybe I just didn’t have the qualities for it, and watched how everyone else was able to make it to the ladder with a double jump. Why is it not working 😭

The game is good, the port to iOS is horrible
This is an amazing game. I can’t state how much the story is captivating and the art style is fun to look at. Not only that, but some of the sound track reminds me of some Ghibi films!
However, the port is very bad. It drains your battery life so bad that if you’re charging while using your phone (iphone 13 user here), your phone WILL not charge. It stays at the percent it’s at and phone overheats.
The game crashes every 15 or so minutes, and while not “too much progress is lost,” say goodbye to that 3 min trip you were doing to finish your quest! Have to redo that and everything else. It’s extremely annoying.

Can’t get on top of the shipping containers
I am absolutely loving this game and am spending a lot of my time trying to progress but have reached a point where I don’t know what to do. I am 17% of the way through the game and I cannot jump high enough to get on top of the shipping containers in bottom line corp. I have tried completing other tasks but now have reached a point where I just don’t know what else to do. It would be really helpful if someone could look at fixing this issue as I know I’m not the only one who is struggling at this point in the game.
