Same screen locks up each time.
I can’t get beyond the screen that asks me to select which Loba device I have without “skip for now.” I don’t know if I need to pay the monthly fee for it to work, or if I don’t subscribe, if the pillbox unit will send a reminder to take pills, an alert to say pills have been taken, or if it will do nothing at all.Show lessGreat uodate

Hi there! One quick thing to check is to make sure you have at least one Pill on the Pill Screen allocated to your evening time. The reminders don't fire unless you have pills set to be taken at that reminder time. If that's not it, we have a great Customer Support team and would be happy to troubleshoot!
