New functions and improvements - Knowledge Home – Improved the height of list widgets to avoid excessive scrolling on mobile devices. - Viewer: - You can now print PDF, HTML, and image files from within the viewer. This is an optional feature, please contact Empolis if you are interested. - The viewer now also provides previews for Office and OpenOffice documents such as for Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint files. - Share content: - You can now share a search directly from the “Search” page without having to save it to “My Files” first. - The QR scanner now also supports URLs: If you scan a QR code from the “Search” page and the app detects a valid platform URL, you can now select to open the respective file directly in the viewer. - Added support for additional link types (viewer links and share links). - Procedures – Provided support for the new answer type “user input” in procedures, allowing users to enter a free text instead of selecting from a fixed set of answers. Bugfixes: - Search – Fixed an issue that occurred when processing searches in offline mode. - Community – Fixed an issue with broken messages in newly created problems on the “Community” page. - Procedures – Fixed an issue that did not update the current procedure completely after switching the interface language.
