    This is just what I needed to help me keep myself organized! I have the paid version so there are great features that come with that and is worth every cent.

    Customer service is quick and responsive and the developer is open to feedback and takes action with the feedback.

  • $9.99/mo.

    This app used to be amazing for my small business. Now they have made it to were you have to pay $9.99/mo. If you want to have multiple forms which was the whole reason I really enjoyed this app in the first place. That monthly fee amount is absurd. It should be free to have multiple forms … I could MAYBE justify $3.99/mo for something like that would be reasonable. I spent so much effort in using this as my order form site just to have it change to make it $9.99. This was supposed to be for small businesses… and now you want to charge what Netflix does- for what????
  • Not very user friendly

    I like the idea of this app, but I don’t think it’s very user friendly. It’s not the easiest to navigate, and I needed to push every option in order to figure out what each icon was for. I was also notified by a customer that the the email they receive communication from, is a SWIFT email and not my business email. This May also seem small, but there’s so autocorrect or anything in the messages with customers.

    I selected to receive notifications from the app in my phone settings, but I have yet to receive one notification. So I need to keep checking the app to make sure I haven’t received an inquiry. I have also sent an email to the ‘help’ email provided for all questions over a week ago, and haven’t received a response. Again, this app has good intent. However, it has not been executed very successfully
  • Nice app

    I really like the ease of the set up and the way it looks. My only issue so far is not being able to remove some of the “required” lines. Some of my customers don’t have or want to share emails and they can’t get past that part of the inquiry form. There’s no way to remove it.
  • Game changer for my business!

    Such a huge help for my business. Highly recommend. Haven’t experienced any technical issues and overall very impressed. Can’t wait to see the long term effects from having everything in one place!
  • I want to love this but…

    Nothing is working… I can’t enter any info on the forms when editing. It looks like it would be so incredible and such a huge help.

  • Love but one complaint

    I love the ease of the app and having everything in one place however, I don’t like that you can’t edit everything. Some of the wording or questions they make you use I wouldn’t use. For example, instead of due date I would have used event date instead. It’s nothing major but it’s just something I can do on any other platform. Please make this for editable and not require certain wording or questions to be used on every form. Thanks!
