Glitch
I’ve logged in but I can’t get past the location page. It’s really annoying!
No locations available
I can’t even use the app. Once I sign in it shows no locations.
Good app but tea bar option crashes as of November
I really like this app I can order and just pick it up instead of ordering at the drive thru but as of November it crashes when you try to go on tea bar please devs of this app fix it
Maybe Tea2Go should help your app developer :)
I get as far as location, and doesn’t have any locations even though I go there almost daily, laughable!
Rewards not working
Love the drinks and the convenience of ordering ahead. But the rewards are not working again on the app. Says I have points for a free drink, try and use it and still get charged for the drink without taking my reward. Had this issue when I first started going, but that time I was not receiving points for my orders. Which was fixed about a month later.

Tea2Go is my favorite! I LOVE the T’energy drinks! Superman all the way!! The 3 stars are for the app. The app works well for ordering ahead BUT the rewards never work. The in-store system works great but the app does not. Right now I have 2 reward points but the app says I have zero. It never shows up in the app. After 10 point you get a free $10 or less drink. I still got my free drink ❤️ It just didn’t show up in the app. I would love it if Tea2Go can get the rewards part of the app where it works consistently!!

Can’t make account.
This app is terrible. 3 months trying to to make an account but it doesn’t let me.
Wouldn’t let me sign up
I downloaded, deleted, and re-downloaded the app 3 times and it still would glitch when I got the portion of the sign-up that says “Favorite Place.” It would close out of the app and I was never able to sign up. Bit frustrating since I cannot create an account any other way. Please look into this.
