Rewards not working
Love the drinks and the convenience of ordering ahead. But the rewards are not working again on the app. Says I have points for a free drink, try and use it and still get charged for the drink without taking my reward. Had this issue when I first started going, but that time I was not receiving points for my orders. Which was fixed about a month later.Show lesseasy and clean app

Tea2Go is my favorite! I LOVE the T’energy drinks! Superman all the way!! The 3 stars are for the app. The app works well for ordering ahead BUT the rewards never work. The in-store system works great but the app does not. Right now I have 2 reward points but the app says I have zero. It never shows up in the app. After 10 point you get a free $10 or less drink. I still got my free drink ❤️ It just didn’t show up in the app. I would love it if Tea2Go can get the rewards part of the app where it works consistently!!Show lessjsmith0011

Wouldn’t let me sign up
I downloaded, deleted, and re-downloaded the app 3 times and it still would glitch when I got the portion of the sign-up that says “Favorite Place.” It would close out of the app and I was never able to sign up. Bit frustrating since I cannot create an account any other way. Please look into this.TiffaniR49
Doesn’t work
Hey everyone posting location reviews-this is a place to review the APP, not the stores or drinks you idiots.
There are three locations in my town but the app says there are none and you can’t use the app without selecting a location so I can’t use the app, it’s not functional. I even tried just picking another large city and it says there’s no locations anywhere to pick. So the app does not work. Stop posting reviews about the drinks omgShow lessNBC app fan
