Having a problem with the app skipping. I have it hooked up to a monitor and the seconds will freeze for 3-4 seconds. This will happen every 10 seconds. Also opening the app and seeing the cameras is super slow.ace9739
Feels Like an App From 2010
Developers should be ashamed. This app feels like it’s from 2010. Update this trash and bring it up to modern standards.Roy mercer
Terrible
A terrible experience from start to finish. App is designed awfully, user experience is garbage. No user instructions whatsoever. Cameras are constantly falling off connection. For the price they charge you’re better off buying a Ring camera setup and getting a couple nice dinners. You’ll probably still pay less.Show lessanm3910

Does not connect
Very frustrating. It sends messages/notification of motion detection but when we open the app it says devices off-line. Only adds to anxiety with its poor functionality. It appears that there has been an update recently that messed the whole thing up. I am a new user and definitely regretting getting this.Show lessK9pr
Used to work fine…
Was working well on iPad, then in June started reporting “connection failed”. Now it’s July & can’t login to app at all, and forgot password link does not send the email to reset password.
I heard there was an acquisition, guess it’s not going well…Po-maria
New version blows up
Worked great for 3 years. Now with recent update, when I open the app with 16 channel DVR, program blows up. Please fix asap. We use this for many of our Luma cameras and systems.Slot master69
Unpredictable
When I open the app to look at the cameras it’s because I need to see them right away. About half the time it tells me connection failed. So I close the app and wait 30 seconds and reopen it. Sometimes that works and sometimes I have to do that process multiple times in order to get it to work. It’s very frustrating.Show lessWiggle Lips

Needs updating
The app is not able to be put on a Mac or PC… so I have to use an iPad or my phone to view the 16 cameras.. cannot cast from my phone to a tv and not able to view it on my Mac or pc… please update your app so it can be downloaded to a Mac or to a tv as to better view the cameras.Bwig8871
