Clunky app
This app leaves a lot to be desired. It is hard to navigate, not intuitive at all, cameras disappear for no reason and I have to call installer to fix. Hopefully engineers will make this app functional at some point.
Rarely functional and clunky when it is.
It’s really shameful to release an app with this many flaws in it. I made the horrible mistake of moving from one of the cloud-based security camera solutions from a large tech company (I’m intentionally not mentioning a name here) to this mess. It rarely functions correctly. Even when it’s working it’s far from intuitive. I’m shocked this company is still in business. If it weren’t for suckers like me who’ve been fooled by resellers, it wouldn’t.

App
Having a problem with the app skipping. I have it hooked up to a monitor and the seconds will freeze for 3-4 seconds. This will happen every 10 seconds. Also opening the app and seeing the cameras is super slow.
Feels Like an App From 2010
Developers should be ashamed. This app feels like it’s from 2010. Update this trash and bring it up to modern standards.
Terrible
A terrible experience from start to finish. App is designed awfully, user experience is garbage. No user instructions whatsoever. Cameras are constantly falling off connection. For the price they charge you’re better off buying a Ring camera setup and getting a couple nice dinners. You’ll probably still pay less.

Does not connect
Very frustrating. It sends messages/notification of motion detection but when we open the app it says devices off-line. Only adds to anxiety with its poor functionality. It appears that there has been an update recently that messed the whole thing up. I am a new user and definitely regretting getting this.

Used to work fine…
Was working well on iPad, then in June started reporting “connection failed”. Now it’s July & can’t login to app at all, and forgot password link does not send the email to reset password.

New version blows up
Worked great for 3 years. Now with recent update, when I open the app with 16 channel DVR, program blows up. Please fix asap. We use this for many of our Luma cameras and systems.
Unpredictable
When I open the app to look at the cameras it’s because I need to see them right away. About half the time it tells me connection failed. So I close the app and wait 30 seconds and reopen it. Sometimes that works and sometimes I have to do that process multiple times in order to get it to work. It’s very frustrating.
