  • Dysfunctional

    I’m new to this, but as far as I can tell, there are a lot of issues… I put in all the info and then when I go to list it tells me I missed several things which I know that I put in. also, a lot of issues with trying to list on different selling platforms. you should be able to take multiple pictures at once instead of having to upload one at a time. I just don’t think it’s a time saver. I do have the free version so maybe that is why… I’m going to give it a couple more tries, but feel like it’s more aggravating than anything.

    Let me just say I do love VENDOO. As of recently though, I haven’t. On VENDOO I can no longer, import from Mercari. While that isn’t a big problem from people who first start to cross list with VENDOO, think about it like this, - I have about 200 items from the past 3 months I’ve been hoarding waiting to post onto VENDOO to upload onto other platforms. I CANNOT GET VENDOO TO IMPORT FROM MERCARI!!! I now (if I even wanted to continue using VENDOO, which does have great prices for subscriptions and I won’t be continuing my subscription), I would then have to upload those same items I uploaded to Mercari, and manually upload those 200 items (AGAIN) to another platform like Poshmark (Which yes does work for importing ATM).

    I cannot get any answers on what is going on with Mercari, and the customer services is nearly in-existent. I can not get a refund for anything!

    TLDR; Mercari has had issues importing from VENDOO since September of last year. And while they have fair subscription prices for new people with a low amount of items, Mercari won’t import to VENDOO. This is a major problem, because, the inconsistency, and lack of support. This is the biggest downfall of this company for serious resellers. Truthfully loved VENDOO, but the inconsistency is the turning point, I will be on List Perfectly moving forward, and will be able to have ALL MY ITEMS CONTINUOUSLY on one cross listing platform and won’t have to wait months, for VENDOO to update.
  • Does none of what it promises

    I’ve been back and forth with support for months since I first signed up. Everything was great and worked mostly fine. But now month after month and feature after feature continues to break and not get fixed.
    1. I haven’t been able to use your app to list to mercari in months . I have the support threads times and dates if needed.
    2. Auto delist feature never worked properly. It marks the item sold and decreases the inventory on the other sites to 0 but it’s still listed so you must delist it yourself. So technically useless feature
    3. Delist and relist used to me automatic one button press but now it it ask for me to edit things that are already saved to your site.
    I want this to work but everything keeps breaking and it feels like I’m paying for excuses. Your clearly not Ready to launch on phones but you keep saying your working in this problem and that problem it’s been like 6 months ??!?!?!
  • Worth app ever I regret that I subscribed

    I downloaded and It was worth app ever you will deal , they will count your already listed item if you want important from market place like Poshmark , ebay or others ! Also App has glitch be careful when you list make sure it doesn’t take your number it listing count I had purchased package 125 item listing and bundle , relist , and bundle but 20 gone aljo reason I need always contact to customers service, every-time it was my time waste messed my inventory and money waste I don’t recommend this app get Flyp App which best and hustle free 3 month free then $10, in Vendoo they never give your money back just delete your acc if you don’t wanr get charged , beside their 1 pictures background remove per listing but Flyp unlimited!
    Biggest regret It was my subscription of this useless app ! Be aware !
  • Complete waste of money

    I cannot tell you how disappointed I was in this after hearing about it from several online resellers and Youtubers I decided to give it a shot. After seeing a notice on their website that imported listings from your closet would not count against you. I gave it a shot after 125 listings were brought over. I noticed my account was not working anymore. Apparently it took all 125 listings imported and that was my allotment for the month. No thanks I’ll go back to my original service that at least allows me to list what I need to for a flat rate. This software was a joke and customer service was awful. Basically called me a liar and refused to help. I should’ve just flushed my $20 down the toilet. It would’ve been less stress.
  • Unforgiving to small business owners

    I paused my subscription with the intention to cancel. Thought I would be reminded before I was charged. I wasn’t. I immediately reached out when I realized my mistake. They wouldn’t refund me the $40 for that month, even though I won’t be utilizing the service anymore. So it’ll just sit there not getting used. Hasn’t been used in over a month. It’s obvious. Yet they won’t give me, a small biz owner, the benefit of the doubt. I’m so upset I used to talk up this company so much only to be treated this way.
  • Highly Disappointed, quite Glitchy

    I’ve been giving Vendoo a shot for a few months now, there was a pretty big learning curve to the software, and I was diligent to watching videos and learning how it work. I really had high hopes and sometimes the software worked well but every month there have been major glitches on the app for Mac and on desktop version. Repeat listings, sales detection issues consistently for three months, and app needs to be deleted and reinstalled often to work properly. The support team are helpful for the most part but often share default videos references I’ve seen before and do not always address actual issue or question. Some are more effective and friendly than others. They do often explain the technology is still in BETA which basically allows for a big window of error, and a lack of accountability as a company, for features they proudly advertise which don't work quite right as of yet-sales detection for example), which I find misleading for a service that’s $30+ a month. And they really nickel and dime you for add ons. The app seems like it needs way more development and they are expanding too fast and using resources in wrong way instead of making things glitch free (98% of time). I have been experimenting with Flyp and the sharer is awesome. Not glitchy so far. Only $9. I feel this company will thrive or crash and burn quickly. I wanted to be a fan.
  • Essential for my reselling business

    I absolutely love Vendoo! Being able to work on the go with the app is essential for running my business. I've been a Vendoo customer for about 2 years and have had nothing but positive experiences!
  • Idk pretty disappointed

    I used to like it and told everyone bout it like the first month or two then i upgraded my membership to pay more and get more benefit. Big mistake. It crashes more than half the time and pictures don’t upload and when they do they are in the wrong category. It’s ridiculous - some apps don’t link primly. Idk
    Will be canceling my subscription.
  • Don’t waste your time

    I picked up Vendoo for my cross listing. On multiple occasions I sold an item on one platform and Vendoo did not catch it and end it on others. I purchased this so I would not have to constantly be paying attention to what sold and making sure it didn’t double sell. Now I’m paying them and still having to make sure. They said one was because I had an offer, umm yeah it came after it had sold elsewhere and alerted me, and I was like why is it still listed on the other. So second time I contacted customer service ( no offers on this item, I just double checked) now they don’t respond at all. If you want to give away your hard earned money and still have to make sure you don’t double sell then Vendoo is for you. Terrible customer service and platform clearly needs work.
