Awful app
If you’re using this to get into the gym be warned, it rarely works, leaves me stranded numerous times. Plus fitness should be fixing it but alas…Billy from Australia
Works until it doesn’t
This app will work for you for a month or two. Then it will decide to log you out (for security reasons, I’m sure), but that’s fine I will just log back in… okay so I’ve put in my email address associated with my account and… no email in my inbox with a code, hmm. Okay let me check junk… still no code. Okay let me try it again a few minutes later… still nothing. So here I am, sat outside the gym unable to get in, seething at this stupid app, waiting for staff to clock on so they can just give me a fob.
How is it that this app has one simple task: to let me in the gym. Yet it cannot fulfil it.
The kick in the teeth was that I was actually able to log into my account in browser on my phone (sadly this has no way of getting me into the gym), in which I used the app to gain a code for that log in. So clearly it knows I’m me, but it still is refusing to let me log in.
Don’t waste you time with this app. The convenience is by no means worth the one month it will work.Show lessorange_pp_yee_whore

Review of the app
I’ve seen a lot of people struggle using the app so I’m here to explain the issues. You cannot sign in and use the app without first getting an invitation from the plusfitness you signed up at. They must send a special invitation via email which grants the access. After that you should be able to have access to all Plus fitness gyms. Just make sure to enable location tracker otherwise the app won’t work accurately as it won’t know where you are. Hope this helps 💪.Show lessVhypebird
Can’t access app
Every time I put in my email is says “user doesn’t exist” even though I’ve got an account on the other play fitness app, so it’s just uselessMitchell Unger
Very convenient
Has worked perfectly for me so far, much prefer to carrying a key fob that I would always forget.Paulb7878
Unreliable
Don’t rely on this app to get into the gym. Couldn’t get in this morning (again) after update ‘Error occurred’
Much of the functionality is missing and it seems still in concept stage.
Maybe Viva Leisure could stop messing with the access system until this is reliable. Not a great look for a 24/7 gym.Show lessCountOlaf
