I’ve signed in last week and app is running smooth with no problem.
Little suggestion is adding population tracking on my gym so I can avoid busiest time.

Awful app
If you’re using this to get into the gym be warned, it rarely works, leaves me stranded numerous times. Plus fitness should be fixing it but alas…
Works until it doesn’t
This app will work for you for a month or two. Then it will decide to log you out (for security reasons, I’m sure), but that’s fine I will just log back in… okay so I’ve put in my email address associated with my account and… no email in my inbox with a code, hmm. Okay let me check junk… still no code. Okay let me try it again a few minutes later… still nothing. So here I am, sat outside the gym unable to get in, seething at this stupid app, waiting for staff to clock on so they can just give me a fob.
How is it that this app has one simple task: to let me in the gym. Yet it cannot fulfil it.
The kick in the teeth was that I was actually able to log into my account in browser on my phone (sadly this has no way of getting me into the gym), in which I used the app to gain a code for that log in. So clearly it knows I’m me, but it still is refusing to let me log in.
Don’t waste you time with this app. The convenience is by no means worth the one month it will work.
