Description of myPRP

myPRP is used by patients to securely access images and reports of scans performed at a PRP Diagnostic Imaging practice. You may also request appointments through this app. When your results are ready to view, you will receive an SMS message containing a link to a registration instructions page with an activation code. You will need to use this code to activate your account and set a password. You will be able to use your account to access to all future studies performed at any practice in the PRP Imaging network. The 'Request an Appointment' feature allows you to organise a visit to one of our practices. Please enter details of the imaging required and upload a photo of the referral form filled out by your doctor. Our friendly staff will then contact you to organise and confirm the appointment. If you need assistance with myPRP please email myprp@prpimaging.com.au with a description of the problem. For more information about PRP Imaging visit www.prpimaging.com.au Please Note: Your doctor will be able to access your images and report as soon as they are available. You should always return to your doctor to discuss your results.

Reviews of myPRP

Frustrated

I have tried for the last two days to access my results.
I’ve changed my password and checked my email and password dozens of times.
Still can’t access the app for results.
Each time I get an oops must be your user name, password or account is locked.
If it’s locked there is no access to getting it unlocked!
Very frustrating!

Data breach

This is a terrible app
I logged into my account and I could see someone else’s scans and information in there.
I was unable to delete or re-register the account
Calls were not addressed
Serious start a breach
Very disappointing don’t recommend anyone who wants to safeguard their medical information

Frustrated

I spent so much time trying to sign I but always failed so I gave up and will wait until I see my GP. Not good.
