Months later …….Just had to reinstall again. Still a terrible app.
Dissatisfied
1. The support they provide is veryyy poor and there are no real solutions.
Their customer support team is very rude and rather than resolving an issue they tell you the steps to quit your membership as they don’t care about your little money being a giant gym chain.
This is very sad to see because we as members deserve some help after paying your fees regularly.
2. Coming to fees payment I have a serious issue with the dishonour fee. It should be removed if a person is paying at the same time.
Because sometimes the amount is not enough in the shared bank account that doesn't mean I will not pay for my membership. Even after talking to them they do nothing about it and I end up paying 67 dollars fortnightly which doesn’t makes any sense.
I like the gym hut I have issues with this attitude. Does anyone hear or care for their customers at clublime?
