Perfect Solution for latinos who need a US based bank account

I’ve been using Pana for a few weeks. The app is user-friendly, and setting up my account was a breeze. I love that I don’t need a Social Security Number to access a U.S. bank account. Plus, the no hidden fees and easy cash deposit options at places like Walmart make it so convenient. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable remittance app!

Can I add money with my direct express card?

BE AWARE!!

Everything has been working fine with the app since February when I opened my account. However, in May I reported fraud on the account and they asked me for several documents to proceed with the claim, so I sent them everything. At the beginning of June, they told me that my claim was received. On June 14th I received an email saying that my account was credited for the total of the reported transactions. The problem is that as of today I’m unable to access my account because it’s been frozen for more than a month now. I can’t use my funds and of course, I sent emails to PANA customer service and I haven’t received any response yet. I’m very disappointed with the service provided by Pana at this time because it is not fair the long wait for me as a customer who needs to use the funds. Please be aware of this before considering banking with Pana.
