  • Grade A Program, App Needs Work

I purchased MM online a while back and really enjoyed the programming. It’s given me the best results mobility wise compared to RomWOD and GOWOD. I think it largely has to do with the how programming revolves around 3 sets of a few movements as opposed to working someone through a one set of multiple movements for 15-20 minutes. 5/5

The app itself needs some work. It isn’t too bad, but the timer as others have mentioned is a little ehh. Additionally, it would be nice to have a slight countdown before switching to the next movement instead of moving right into the movement. 3/5

Excited to see what changes may occur in the future. Big fan so far
  • Good but not 100% clear.

The timer isn’t clear most of the time as far as why there are 2 sections for a total amount of time where 1 would work or why the video constantly has him going through the motions when it seems like we should be staying in the position for a stretch. It’s pretty good overall and I’m excited to see my mobility improve but I feel there’s a few kinks to work out.
  • Timer and sound need improvement

The timer on workouts can be confusing, as in it is sometimes unclear how long you should be doing an exercise and on what side of the body. There are also no audio cues when the timer ends so you’re forced to look at your phone to see if the time has ended. It would be incredibly helpful is audio cues were added when the timer for exercises ended
  • Has potential

The actual mobility content is awesome, but the UX needs some work. It’s kind of unclear what the timer is asking the user to do (what does it mean when the timer start counting down again on the same exercise? Why are some exercises only ever done on one side?) Also, a transition time between exercises would be helpful. I love the autoplay option, but I have to restart the timer for each exercise since it takes 10-15 seconds to transition between them. It would also be great if there was a way to keep the phone screen open during the mobility session. I keep having to stop/come out of the stretch to open my phone back up, or I have to continuously tap the screen to keep it from closing. Lastly, it’s unclear what the difference in price is between having just the manual and having the subscription as well. I’m definitely interested in the paid product, but even after scouring the app and the website I’m still confused about the subscription part of it. This app seems awesome and has a lot of potential, and I hope it continues to improve!
  • Problem with login to app

I have access to mobility training on the website but the same username and password do not work for the app
