Fails to play since update
Have about 3 min buffering to fail to load, than it tries on its own to establish encrypted feed and immediately says device offline then attempts to reload itself to go offline immediately again. The app is utterly non useable now and it had been getting gradually worse week by week over the last 5 months as these were my main cameras and unfortunately are no longer capable of functioning properly after this update and with the fact both cameras stopped framing out the object moving causing the alert makes the nightvision playback look like Tetris and no type of human detection has worked in months whatsoever. These used to be the best bulb camera for the money and it looks like

Poor Customer service
I’ve had these cameras for a few months. I’ve been using them with the app on both my iPhone and my iPad. Now all of a sudden, I cannot access my apps. When I open my apps, it shows none of my cameras. It first started with my iPad. I tried logging out and back in and now it’s not even recognizing my account. I contacted customer service letting them know I could not access it on my iPad. Their response is that it cannot be used on an iPad. I’ve been using it on my iPad for many months now all of a sudden I can’t use it on my iPad?! The downside to the cameras is that you cannot use them invisibly. If you are checking your cameras, people can see that you were checking your cameras by looking at the lights, also there is no way to turn the lights off for you to actively look at your camera live without someone from the outside knowing you were doing so. So there is no incognito people will be aware you were using it. The recordings cannot be enlarged, which really stinks, because when you are at distance, and you need to see the detail of something that has happened, you only have a distant view. Like other reviewers have said, even though you have a memory card, you cannot download it or see it in order to save it somewhere else. If I had known, I would be having this type of difficulty I would not have made this purchase.

Version 1.3.0 issues
Overall this app and the cameras it works with have been very nice and functions well.
But there is now a missing function in version 1.3.0. The ability to preset camera locations exists but there is no way to select the presets. This was very usefull on previous versions, please fix this.

Great camera for price
I used another highly rated camera system for years but cameras needed upgrading every year or so and they were not cheap. I decided to try out these ones because I love the 360 degree angle. I was surprised how clear the night vision was. Yes you have to pay for subscription every month but that is basic for most cameras today. You have the option to put an sd card if you’d prefer not to. There were a couple of loading issues but overall its a great camera.

Good camera
Works well have 2 one for the front and back yard would recommend only thing is paying for the cloud service other than that a Todd product
Disappointed!
Had for a month and worked great. Cameras work fine. App is HORRIBLE. Not user error either. It logged me out, I finally was able to log back in change my passwords, but now it says I have to reset my cameras to factory settings and reset them.. which means breaking out my ladder and reset them!! Aggravating !!!!

Tired of resting my camera
We got these cameras for Christmas and when we installed them outside they were working great. Then after a few days I noticed the front yard cameras wasn’t working so I had to go out and reinstall it. It worked for a bit then it stopped working again. I had to go back out turn it off and then back on again. It seems like it only works when it wants to. It is getting bit annoying. I have also had to start rebooting the front yard camera just to make sure it stays working. It would also be nice if you all would update the app more often then you do!!!!

Great app- camera must support this though
I have read many reviews that sound like they are reviewing a camera. This is an application only. This app works with many cameras. I have several brands of camera and it works with at least 3 of the brands.
Use an SD card not greater than 64GB or it will malfunction and you won’t be able to view your video. It will freeze up and say your disk is full. Also remember to set your SS card to overnight. Otherwise it will freeze up when full and you will lose all video before reviewing it.
Correct settings are everything. You really need to go through each setting and set it to meet your needs.
I LOVE THIS APPLICATION BECAUSE playing back video is the easiest thing ever. You can pull up a specific file based on time, or cue to any red line on the timeline where something occurred.
I have worked other apps that are just not that easy to use.
I really have nothing negative to say about the application. A++++

Really like this product
I have set up seven on my farm, three on one friend’s, two on another friend’s and one on a third friend’s. One so far seems to only charge to 86%. We swapped cameras and it did the same, but we didn’t swap solar panels so I would imagine it is the panel, but it still works well. It only gets partial sun during winter, but other cameras with the same sun charge at 100%.
They work intermittently sometimes, but about 90% of the time they work well. They pick up wifi for several hundred feet with the two antennas so I can look at my farm and horses when I am away through the app.
I will probably install a fee more on my property.

Bait and switch
Do not use this app unless you want to pay to see anything that the camera captures. When I first started using this app the images were available to view but now a cloud account is needed to see any pictures or video. Guess that’s how they gather even more information on their users.
