Worked great, for one month.
Installing was easy. Everything went smoothly. Now it won’t connect online. Battery is full, tried to reset, turned it off and on. It turned back on for a few minutes but turned back off. Now it won’t come back on.
Why ppl complaining?
The app is easy to use. You have to register to able to use the app. Camera works good so far. I’ll be giving and update within 1-3 months
Setup and operating instructions
Needs to have more complete instructions on how to use the app and all the functions of the camera for beginners. I was also not able to find anything online.
Unable to Recognize QR code during setup
I have attempted over the past two months to get this going. I have an ERO mesh router/switch that has both 2.4 and 5 Ghz connections. Just found out how to turn off the 5Ghz on the Eero temporarily for 15 minutes. Despite all of these efforts the camera does not see the code on the phone.

10/10 quality would definitely recommend to friends and family , great connection when away from home

Can’t use 5G wireless w it.
Just received the box, opened up and have been fighting with it to find my wireless connection so apparently it doesn’t work w 5G only 2.4gh which who even has 2.4 anymore?? USELESS!!

Device always off by line
Bought thru Amazon and got card to install in camera. Keep getting offline alerts and update to I cloud not going pay rates for cloud. Suppose to work with card installed but it seems not working.
Worthless at this time
This looked like a good home security option, and I was looking forward to installing it. Everything is in the box, and I downloaded the app, BUT the app will not let me register a username or password. I keep getting error messages. Now this company has my phone number and email in their database, but I have no active security device. I sent a email to customer service for assistance please or I will just chalk this up to yet another scam and you’ll be hearing from my bank for a refund- unless the situation can be resolved. Thank you
