Strange information
And sometimes it identifies my plant wrong. I put a brush cherry bonsai tree as the photo and it thought it was a jade bonsai tree.
I also took a photo of my uncle and they thought he was a tree.
It never seems to have what I am looking for when I am searching through the my plant area. It’s missing a lot of information that we need. It doesn’t show us very good photos of the types of plants. It also doesn’t tell us what type of soil it needs, the direction the window we put near should be facing, and the specific type of plant. It just gives something to click on if we want to see other versions of that plant.
But the app is organized, and I like the schedule. I like the find plant thing and the find your perfect plant things are good.
Otherwise the app is helpful and most things are accurate.
The best plant care app out there!
Okay, enough about me and my weird review habits. This app, *clears throat, puts on tiny spectacles, looks at list* identifies plants, tells you A BAJILLION facts about them, sends you REMINDERS about when to repot, water, and EVERYTHING ELSE, LITERALLY IDENTIFIES YOUR PLANT’S SICKNESS, TREATS THE SICKNESS, Gives you a FREAKING CALENDAR FOR WHEN YOU HAVE TO DO TASKS, AND- I guess that’s pretty much it! This app has the same engaging format of Duolingo, and gives you excitement and encouragement! This app is AMAZING, and especially useful to respark plant interest into long-time plant owners! (Not that I’d know) but, this app is AMAZING, and I highly suggest downloading!
Misleading
Best Gardening App for anyone!
Use a lot of the features. You can snap a pic to ID a plant (I’ve personally used this feature about two dozen times and it’s 99% right) add all your plants in your home to your profile and you’ve got the option to set reminders to water them, and if they’re not looking too hot, snap another pic and it will give you a few answers that are similar to the photo you took for a possible fix! This app has helped me so much. Heh, in fact it’s my secret weapon.. my MIL thinks I have this incredible green thumb and can grow anything! 😉 thanks. making me more awesome with my plants In Touch with nature than I was🪴
Don't forget to cancel before your 7 days
For my sickest plant, it said it looked healthy. Not worth the money.
Customer service will just tell you to set a reminder to cancel the app and won't refund. Buyer beware

App
Took photo of a seedling that my grandson put in my glasshouse and never named so was great to get app up. I am a bit confused as it told me pumpkin but also zucchini so not sure were I put it in Garden as pumpkin need a lot more space. Shame not to put it in garden as grandson grew seed.
