I bought two pairs of EarFun Pro3, downloaded the app, updated the app, and there is NOTHING! Just the “sounds”, i. e., waves, rain, birds, etc., and a page with my personal info, and NOTHING else!
Where is the equalizer for the sound?? I don’t understand this at all. I’m VERY unhappy!Developer Response

I have the ear fun free pro 2 buds. They aren’t even listed in the app. They are not recognized automatically and you can’t add them. They are already connected to Bluetooth but it tells me to pair them. So I forgot them in the system and repaired. Still nothing.
It tells me to update the app if my buds are not listed. There are no updates available.
This is maddening.
