What’s it supposed to do?
I’ve installed, reinstalled, logged out, restarted my phone but for some reason it takes me to pairing and that’s it. It will show my EarFun Pro 3’s which means now I have no ambient mode. Great, EarFun earbuds are trash now. Can someone help?

I've owned various EarFun headphones with AirPro 4 being the latest.
They're great sounding buds. The app complements the buds fairly well. Great to update the firmwate, set/adjust equalizer, set ANC, set custom touch controls or completely disable them.
The app DOES WORK. The buds connect via Bluetooth extremely well. If not, you're doing something wrong; contact EarFun.

Do not update to 20.1.4!
App update states bug fixes but app now opens with a full screen AD. DISAPPOINTING considering I paid for the product that I'm using with this app!!!!!
Waste of time
Total waste of time. Kept asking me to pair even though it was paired. Deleted straight away and not really needed anyway.
Bad quality
I just upliad and the new version didnt work well theres several bugs and corrections which needs this version

EarFun pro 3 earbuds & app
Shout out to @Boostjuice comment …just an idea about the multipoint prioritising…did u pair your iPhone with them first and then your Samsung …maybe forget device on your iPhone and then pair with iPhone again …probably the case takes the last paired device as the first priority …so maybe see if it works …hope this helps …

I too had the thought as boostjuice did of why my iPhone didn’t connect automatically when I took them out of the case .i just put them on now and it said connected but it was connected to my google nest hub max which I paired after I paired to my iPhone . So I will try what I said and hopefully it fixes it but it would be good if at least in the app it had a button for prioritise connection or maybe even a list of paired devices you could rearrange in order of preference or something . Or even an asdignable tap sequence to prioritise or something like five taps goes to next paired device etc .

No Equalizer on App
I bought two pairs of EarFun Pro3, downloaded the app, updated the app, and there is NOTHING! Just the “sounds”, i. e., waves, rain, birds, etc., and a page with my personal info, and NOTHING else!
Where is the equalizer for the sound?? I don’t understand this at all. I’m VERY unhappy!

Terrible app won’t recognize buds
I have the ear fun free pro 2 buds. They aren’t even listed in the app. They are not recognized automatically and you can’t add them. They are already connected to Bluetooth but it tells me to pair them. So I forgot them in the system and repaired. Still nothing.
It tells me to update the app if my buds are not listed. There are no updates available.
This is maddening.
