I bought two pairs of EarFun Pro3, downloaded the app, updated the app, and there is NOTHING! Just the “sounds”, i. e., waves, rain, birds, etc., and a page with my personal info, and NOTHING else!
Where is the equalizer for the sound?? I don’t understand this at all. I’m VERY unhappy!simply.trish

I have the ear fun free pro 2 buds. They aren’t even listed in the app. They are not recognized automatically and you can’t add them. They are already connected to Bluetooth but it tells me to pair them. So I forgot them in the system and repaired. Still nothing.
It tells me to update the app if my buds are not listed. There are no updates available.
This is maddening.

Those high priced competitors must be paying people to dis the app because it works fine.
Oh, I don’t talk on the phone with them so I can’t tell you about that. But how many people actually do that? You know how f’d up that is and looks?!
The hardware works fine, as well.
These buds are a great value! C’mon folks! Is your hearing really so good that you can hear a difference? If so, get a job in the audio or music business. Work for Bose.

Price point and performance …Now I own two pair!
My go-to noise canceling headset has always been Bose… So I expected that to be the answer for my earbuds… But NO… I’ve tried most of the name brand “top of the line” and $$$ earbuds… Finding none that would fit in my ear, stay in my ear or fit comfortably day and night…Then I came across earfün earbuds. I was skeptical… Now I own two pair!!! I give them as gifts and continue to enjoy their performance …My earfün earbuds hold a charge, audio is clear and rarely do they slip out of my ear, unless accidentally tugged by my hair or my glasses… Be patient with them. Learn the difference between what the left earbud and the right earbud provides. Be aware as you’re answering your phone, if you haven’t perfected the technique to activate the right earbud to answer a call, simply answer your phone and manually switch to earbud. Yes, in the age of instant gratification it might seem like a lot to do… Take the time to hone your skill between the left and the right earbud functions, and you may love them as much as I do … I use them over night for audio, I use them to view media on my MacBook, Chromebook and iPhone. They are my go to bluetooth when I travel internationally. My earfün earbuds have served a royal purpose for me…l recommend these earfün earbuds not only because of their price point, but because of their performance…Cheers.Show lessLunitaaalma
Current version works well, great headphones
Just started using the app and obtained the Airpro 3 earbuds in December 2023. Great sound, complete customization for the controls. I didn’t have to have a login to set it up. The only nitpick I can think of is not allowing you to not switch from ambient to noise canceling without also going through normal. They do explain this mode saves battery,I just never use it.Show lessElectric fatman
Latest update seems to fix gripes
I have iPhone 12, all updates are current and this app works great. It had to give a hardware firmware update to the earbuds and it seems to be operate just sweet. Like the interface so far. I haven’t mastered the touch mode of control for the buds and this does the trick to change modes and equalizer.Show lessBrian10c
Great buds but app doesn’t work
Uninstalled and reinstalled, tried it all. Simply app doesn’t work. It’s a shame, the ear buds are actually quite good. I’m really enjoying them. But using the ambient modes and stuff is hard and I wanted to see if the app would let me control it without the long taps.Rrdrummer
Great headphones, app struggles
Great sound and capability…as long as they actually connect to the app. Massively frustrating when they don’t connect because you can’t adjust anything with the earbuds unless they’re connected to the app. Can’t even “forget” or “delete” and try to reconnect.
