Good Buds, Terrible App
The app rarely recognizes the earbuds when they’re connected to tue phone. This means, I can’t control the earbuds from the app. Noise cancelling turns itself off and on whenever it wants without input from me. The buds themselves work great for phone calls and are of moderate quality for listening to music. Bass response is ok but again, the settings such as EQ set themselves and I’m unable to easily control them using the non functioning app. Very disappointed. Won’t purchase again unless developers repair the app.Show lessdurbruddin
Ear buds are great, the app is non existent
It is truly amazing to me how good these earbuds are. In direct contrast this app may be the worst app that I’ve ever used. please improve this thing. This is keeping you from achieving better things as a business.bbrianbt
Don't bother installing.
auto identification and connection are minimums for a bluetooth app - this does neither.
iOS knows what airbuds (earfun s) I am using, zoom is doing audio to the airbuds, and yet this stupid app can't seem to figure it out.

App keeps getting improvements. Active updates for earbuds and app
When I first got Earfun earbuds, the app wasn’t amazing and sometimes had connection issues.
Overtime however, the app has been improved a whole lot, and, with more recent updates, there are a lot of useful features on the app or improved features that are very useful/beneficial/surprisingly nice.
Also, with feedback given through emailing your phone, they eventually make suggested changes and have updates to the earbuds which can bring nice new features.Show less3dMuNd_fr0m_M1ChIgAn

Earbuds work great. But the App is crap. It never completes the registration and doesn’t connect to the device. Totally useless!!
Every time I think you couldn’t be worse you go and do it. It took very long for your previous version to recognize the earbud and then you updated to still a worse version now the software interface says there no equipment attached. App no longer recognizes my EarFun Pro 3 Air’s
Got earbuds, downloaded the app, setup my new earbuds in the app, and was able to adjust the sound profiles fine.
Used my earbuds today. They are connected via Bluetooth and music plays fine, but they are no longer recognized in the app, I cannot add them to the app, or adjust the soundstage.
Please fix your app. Whatever you broke on your end, please fix it. Very disappointed.Show lessCPST_Jim
Keeps getting better!
I don’t know how this app has bad reviews, but I’ve been using it for over a month and it’s had about 3 or 4 updates. Each time improving the product and user experience.
Easy to use, stable, clear to understand, and improves the performance of the earbuds.
Recommended and keep up the great work!

Does exactly what it should

Connection is terrible
App is functional, ignoring the awful connection issues. I suggest setting up the controls and EQ how you like it (if you can even connect in the first place), then forgetting this app even exists. If you don't have connection issues at the start - don't worry, you will.Jordanname
The app is maddening
One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It constantly can’t connect to my earbuds. I want to change some settings occasionally and the app has only worked twice in about two years. Would not recommend these earbuds based on the terribleness of the app.ldjrugususjfkgoejsjfiejd
