Cannot set up an account as it won’t accept any password I enter. I put in a 10 character password and it rejected it because it needed to be at least 6 characters. Huh? Then I tried a 12 character password. Same response.Tworunners

My recent Earfun Air earbuds are not supported by this app
I just bought a pair of Earfun Air earbuds to find that they are not supported by this app. Therefore the app is useless to me. Get the app up to date so it supports currently sold models.OldManInAHurry
App does not recognize connected ear buds
I will be returning my EarFun Pro 3s as the app does not recognize when they are connected to my iPhone 10 S Max. Because of this I can’t change to/from normal, ambient, or noise canceling. It is horrible that the ear buds are dependent on the app for this functionality and because of this, it renders the ear buds useless.Show lessAJ Dubz

Re-assigned controls, but doesn’t work
How can an app that only does basic functions still fail at doing that? I customized the controls so that “long press” controls the volume on each earbud (as opposed to controlling the noise cancelling feature). It didn’t do anything, even after I exited the app and rebooted my earbuds via the case.
Guess the price was too good to be true. Going to return these now.Show less•Andrea>

They need to work on more customization everything on the first page is on the profile icon we can do that on the first page also they need to work on getting more devices to support the app and have more of a variety of settings like updating the app on its own. Why do we have to personally update the app it should update for us whenever get on it and hopefully the app doesn’t go out on me. Other than that the app is alright.Show lessGrhdjdbdnfn

Crappy app, at best
I downloaded and paired the Pro3s with no problems initially. I customize the sound and buttons. After a week or so, the app would not connect to the earbuds. I can’t change the custom buttons and EQ settings. Reloaded the app, re-paired the earbuds. Nothing changed. Pro 3s are great, the app is garbage.Show lessScooterMagoo
