No bass
Can’t get the app to work. Can’t even register. Won’t send code to email. I’m hoping I can get some bass because there is ZERO. And it’s not in game mode. How do I get bass? It’s so tinney I can’t even listen to music!!Tuten7
Good App, Great Wireless Buds
I just got the app to work with the Air Pro 3 TW Earphones. The app is fairly basic but seems to work well. The EQ is only 6 band. I wish it was at least a 10 band. It’s nice that you can save custom EQ profiles. I used the app to update the firmware of the earphones and it worked well. The 3 noise level modes are. Nice touch.

Does not work with EarFun Air Pro 2
Disappointed. My earphones are brand new. Earphones work great. The one star rating is for the app. After registering, the app specifies to look in User Manual if app doesn’t work with earphones. There are no references to the app rendering it completely useless.iMikeCarl

The manual with the device tells you to download and use this app and the app then tells you it doesn’t support the device. What a mess. Essentially it nerfs the device and keeps you from using all the functionality. Off to check the return policy.mountainbound20
Works for the Air S earbuds
Simple controls, allows custom EQ, doesn't require an account to use. Good app, not bloated.
All the 1 star reviews are because they have the older earbud models which don't use the app.Scooter727729

Don’t Waste Your Time
App doesn’t work. Device connect and disconnect sporadically. Now my devices won’t connect at all.Marecha
App is terrible
I downloaded the app and logged in a guest and I added my air pro s buds right away and was able to see controls etc. That was the only time I could get the app to work. Now it tries to find my earbuds and can’t and will only take me to the product tutorial page. It’s exceedingly frustrating to try to use this app.Show lessldjrugususjfkgoejsjfiejd
