  • Doesn’t work

    Loads to a completely white page and can’t do anything with it.
  • Not working

    All of a sudden the app just opens to a full white screen. No buttons or anything. I can’t even use this.
  • Unreliable

    About 40 percent of the time Chowit takes over a minute to load. It is not a connectivity issue—that’s the first thing I check. It’s frustrating to frequently have to use my credit card instead (to keep the line moving), and I’m considering deleting my account.
    I tried submitting this through the app’s tech support link, but a recurring error prevented it.

  • I hope they get a new company to cater the cafe

    The cafe food is not good, it’s over priced and low quality. The responsiveness to complaints is not good, they continue to make mistakes I previously complained about and don’t change. They take a long time and often make mistakes which take a long time to fix, and if you order food towards the end of their service and there is a quality issue, they will not remake the food they just want to leave, even though they already shortened the lunch service. I hope they get rid of this company and get a new contract with some one else, and if anyone asked me that’s what I’d tell them.

  • Riddled with bugs/clunky UI

    Has this app even been tested? The UI design is absolutely horrendous and clunky. User is forced to add “modifiers” even when they aren’t wanted. There is no way this app is complete.

    Hi, it sounds like you are experiencing some issues with the way a menu was setup for your location. Could you reach out to us under Customer Care as that will give us information about the location that you are signed up under and we can then get this resolved with the local manager.
  • Technically functional, but low quality

    Pretty low quality app overall. Slow to respond, has some weird bugs, looks like an android app from 2012.

  • Error while creating account

    First time itself while creating account, I am getting error message as “ Error creating new card”

    Verified that all the entered details are correct but looks like this a defect, and cant move forward!

  • Too Many Bugs

    Constant issues with choosing how you want your eggs cooked for an example. Also, had to reset my password and now it will not let me login at all. Error states the reset link has already expired. Please fix. Thanks

  • Works for the most part but

    There’s some basic bugs like, when ordering any coffee drink, there’s a requirement that the user select an extra espresso shot or they cannot proceed to the next screen.
